DOCUMENTACIÓN DE PROCESOS APLICADO A LA VALIDACIÓN DEL SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DE LÍPIDOS. PROPUESTA DE APLICACIÓN DE LAS MEJORES PRÁCTICAS DE PROCESOS AL SISTEMAS DE GESTIÓN DE LÍPIDOS

Resumen
La importancia del desarrollo de este tema es detectar cuales son aquellos procesos en los que se debe implementar mejoras teniendo como objetivo final desarrollar un sistema que permita agilitar actividades cotidianas dentro de su establecimiento, poder realizar todo tipo de consultas y visualizar los reportes generados por el sistema. Basándonos en los aspectos relevantes del marco teórico que son los diagramas de procesos el cual permiten detallar las tareas que se efectúan al momento de realizar una investigación. La modalidad de investigación es proyecto factible ya que se ha podido detectar cuales son aquellos procesos que se debe implementar mejoras se empleó la metodología de cuestionarios de preguntas para determinar las falencias y las necesidades del laboratorio Biológico. Nuestra población fue el personal que hará uso del sistema y alumnos de la carrera de Ingeniería en sistema que determinaron si la funcionalidad del sistema es aceptable. Para el análisis de esta propuesta se utilizó la variable independiente Análisis de estándares para la documentación de procesos y las variables dependientes Validación del sistema de gestión de lípido y Aplicación de las mejores prácticas de procesos al sistema. Que me ayudaron a determinar si el sistema cumple con las expectativas del usuario final. La propuesta se basó en el desarrollo de los diagramas de flujos de procesos que se implementó en el sistema de manera que estos cumplan con las tareas realizadas normalmente. La utilidad de este sistema permitirá que la labor realizada en el laboratorio de biotecnología sea de calidad, tenga un mejor control y manejo de las investigaciones. Los beneficiaros del sistema es la Facultad de biología quienes podrán tener la información estandarizada y podrán estar al tanto de las variaciones y avances que se van dando en la investigación en el laboratorio de biotecnología.
The importance of the development of this theme is to identify what are those processes in which improvements should be implemented with the ultimate aim to develop a system that allows expedite everyday activities within their accommodation to all kinds of queries and view the reports generated by the system. Based on the relevant aspects of the theoretical framework are process diagrams which allow to detail the tasks performed at the time of an investigation. The type of research is feasible project as it has been detected which are processes that must be implemented methodology improvements questionnaires of questions was used to determine the shortcomings and needs of the biological laboratory. Our population was the staff who will use the system and students of the Engineering in system determined whether system functionality is acceptable. For the analysis of this proposal the independent variable analysis of standards for process documentation and validation of the dependent variables of lipid management system and application of best practices of processes the system was used. I helped determine if the system meets the expectations of the end user. The proposal was based on the development of process flow diagrams that are implemented in the system so that they comply with the tasks performed normally. The usefulness of this system will allow the work done in the laboratory of biotechnology is of quality, have better control and management of investigations.
