Resumen
El presente proyecto de investigación estudia la influencia del factor
nutricional en el nivel de desempeño escolar de los estudiantes de primer
año de bachillerato de la Unidad educativa “Zenón Vélez Viteri” se
investigaron los malos hábitos alimenticios que tienen los estudiantes
además el poco interés de los padres de familia en la nutrición de sus hijos
ya que por sus actividades agrícolas tienen que salir en la madrugada de
sus casas; el objetivo de esta investigación fue para examinar la influencia
del factor nutricional en el nivel del desempeño escolar realizándola a
través de un análisis estadístico e investigación de campo y bibliográfico
para elaborar una guía didáctica educativa virtual. Con una investigación
teórica se realizó la investigación basada en las variables las mismas que
se desarrollan a través de las diferentes dimensiones. La metodología de
la investigación abarca la capacidad de argumentar un problema de tipo
descriptivo de carácter explicito, cualitativo y cuantitativo riguroso en sus
formulaciones tanto como en sus objetivos. Se realizó una encuesta a los
docentes y representantes legales de la institución; con los datos
recopilados de la investigación una vez tabulados los resultados y realizada
la validación de la mismas por medio de la prueba Chi-cuadrada se propuso
una guía educativa virtual ya que es un referente para que los docentes
direccionen a los estudiantes y a los padres de familia en la buena nutrición
utilizando los productos del medio en el que se desenvuelven, esto
contribuirá a que mejore la calidad de vida de los habitantes de esta
comunidad educativa.
The present research project studies the influence of the nutritional factor on the level of school performance of the first year students of the baccalaureate of the Educational Unit "Zenón Velez Viteri" investigated the bad eating habits that students have in addition the little interest of the Parents in the nutrition of their children and because of their agricultural activities they have to leave at dawn of their houses; The objective of this research was to examine the influence of the nutritional factor on the level of school performance through a statistical analysis and field research and bibliography to develop a virtual educational didactic guide. With a theoretical investigation was carried out the investigation based on the same variables that are developed through the different dimensions. The research methodology encompasses the ability to argue a descriptive problem of explicit character, qualitative and quantitative rigorous in its formulations as well as in its objectives. A survey was carried out to the teachers and legal representatives of the institution; With the data collected from the research once the results were tabulated and the validation of the results obtained through the Chi-square test, a virtual educational guide was proposed as it is a reference for teachers to direct the students and parents of Family in good nutrition using the products of the environment in which they develop, this will contribute to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of this educational community.
