Resumen
El presente estudio tuvo como Objetivo General Analizar la percepción del interno de
enfermería en la transición del campo académico al campo profesional Metodología se ha
considerado la modalidad de estudio cualitativa porque se aplica con la finalidad de extraer y
examinar información sobre las perspectivas de los estudiantes internos de enfermería ante la
transición de campos de acción, pretendiendo conocer la realidad de los fenómenos a partir de
los puntos de vista de diferentes participantes. Resultados. Se reconoció que los principales
sentimientos son el miedo, la inseguridad en sí mismos por falta de conocimiento o confianza
en el que hacer enfermero y el temor a equivocarse. Sin embargo, cuando los internos
ingresaron al campo laboral y se encontraron con profesionales prestos a ayudarles en su
formación práctica los sentimientos anteriormente descritos disminuyeron o desaparecieron.
La transición es una experiencia que todos los profesionales experimentan en el transcurso de
su vida, en la trayectoria académica los estudiantes son expuestos a varios escenarios de
prácticas clínicas, más sin embargo estás no son suficientes para transitar de manera adecuada
del rol de estudiante al de profesional de salud.

Results. It was recognized that the main feelings are fear, self-doubt due to lack of knowledge or confidence in what to do as a nurse, and the fear of making mistakes. However, when the interns entered the labor field and met professionals ready to help them in their practical training, the previously described feelings diminished or disappeared. The transition is an experience that all professionals experience in the course of their lives, in the academic trajectory the students are exposed to various scenarios of clinical practices, however, these are not enough to adequately transition from the role of student to that of health professional.
