dc.description.abstract	La importancia de este trabajo aportara a Editores Nacionales Sociedad Anónima (ENSA) con conocimientos técnicos legales para la continuidad de la implantación del Sistema de Gestión de la Prevención en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, ya que con el diseño de la Gestión Administrativa creara directrices de mejora continua que beneficiara tanto a la empresa como a los trabajadores y terceros. ENSA ejecuta sus trabajos con la carencia de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud, con lo que se hace necesario iniciar la implantación de dicho sistema por el primer pilar fundamental que es la Gestión Administrativa, basado en el Sistema de Gestión de la Prevención. Editores Nacionales se inició con el lanzamiento de la revista VISTAZO, que circuló por primera vez el 4 de Junio de 1.957. Se cumplía así el ideal del señor Xavier Alvarado Roca, de entregar al país un medio de comunicación moderno que informara la verdad, investigando, analizando y razonando sobre los hechos y circunstancias y que defendería las causas positivas y trascendentales. La nueva revista impuso, desde su inicio, un estilo periodístico creativo y ágil, tanto en contenido como en presentación. La primera edición fue de 3.000 ejemplares, que triplicó en su segundo aniversario. Actualmente los tirajes especiales de VISTAZO alcanzan los 100.000 ejemplares. Por aquello es sumamente necesario diseñar e implantar el Sistema de Gestión de la Prevención iniciando por la Gestión Administrativa, esta propuesta ayudara a ENSA primero a cumplir la legislación ecuatoriana y después a crear un sentido de responsabilidad y pertenencia del trabajador por su lugar de trabajo, reduciendo el número de accidentes y/o enfermedades ocupacionales.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The importance of this work will contribute to “Editores Nacionales Sociedad Anónima (ENSA)” with legal technical know ledges to the continuity of the implantation of the Management System of Prevention in Occupational Safety and Health, being that with the design of the Administrative Management will create guidelines for continuous improvement that will benefit both the company and the employees and third parties. ENSA executes its works with the lack of a Management System for Safety and Health, so it is necessary to start the implantation of this system by the first fundamental pillar that is the Administrative Management, based on the Management System of Prevention. Editores Nacionales began with the launch of VISTAZO Magazine, it circulated for the first time on June 4th, 1957. It fulfilled the idea of Mr. Xavier Alvarado Roca, of delivering to the country a modern means of communication to inform the truth, researching, analyzing and reasoning about the facts and circumstances and to defend the positive and transcendental causes. The new magazine has imposed, since its inception, a creative and fragile journalist style, both in its content and presentation. The first edition was 3.000 copies, which triples in its second anniversary. Actually, VISTAZO special print runs reach about 100.000 copies. For that, is extremely necessary to design and implant the Management System of Prevention starting with the Administrative Management, first this proposal will help ENSA to fulfill the Ecuadorian legislation and later to create a sense of responsibility and belonging of the worker by his workplace, reducing the numbers of accidents and/or occupational diseases.	es_ES
