dc.description.abstract	La presente sistematización de experiencia fue realizada en una Organización no Gubernamental (ONG) que está al servicio de niño, niñas, adolescentes y jóvenes vulnerables, con el objetivo fundamental de mejorar el proceso diagnóstico de la satisfacción laboral para proponer estrategias de mejora en una ONG de la Ciudad de Guayaquil; con esa finalidad se planteó como eje de sistematización ¿cuáles son los factores que obstaculizaron el proceso diagnóstico de la satisfacción laboral en una ONG?. Por otra parte la satisfacción laboral es un aspecto de gran importancia para la organización, en la actualidad se pretende mejorar el ambiente de la organización, para lograr un incremento en la productividad y en la eficiencia de los trabajadores que conduzcan al éxito organizacional. El aspecto más relevante que se pretende sistematizar es conocer cuáles fueron los factores que obstaculizaron el proceso diagnóstico de satisfacción laboral en los trabajadores de una ONG, dicho proceso se lo realizó mediante la aplicación de instrumentos y técnicas en donde se procedió a realizar un diagnóstico para conocer y determinar los factores de satisfacción y de insatisfacción. Luego de la triangulación de los instrumentos y técnicas se concluye que la muestra escogida reveló que la mayor parte de los trabajadores manifiestan sentirse satisfechos con la labor que realizan dentro de la organización, pero que les gustaría tener mayores oportunidades de ascenso, por otra parte se evidenció una insatisfacción en los factores de retribución y promoción	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The present systematization of experience was carried out in a non-governmental organization (NGO) that is at the service of vulnerable children, adolescents and youth, with the fundamental objective of improving the diagnostic process of job satisfaction to propose strategies for improvement in an NGO of the City of Guayaquil; With this purpose, as a matter of systematization, what were the factors that hindered the diagnostic process of job satisfaction in an NGO? On the other hand job satisfaction is an aspect of great importance for the organization, at present it is intended to improve the environment of the organization, to achieve an increase in productivity and in the efficiency of the workers that lead to organizational success. The most relevant aspect that is intended to be systematized is to know what were the factors that hampered the diagnostic process of job satisfaction in the workers of an NGO, this process was carried out through the application of instruments and techniques where a diagnosis was made to Know and determine the factors of satisfaction and dissatisfaction. After the triangulation of the instruments and techniques, it is concluded that the chosen sample revealed that most of the workers say they feel satisfied with the work they do within the organization, but that they would like to have greater opportunities for promotion, on the other hand It showed a dissatisfaction in the factors of retribution and promotion	es_ES
