dc.description.abstractEl objetivo principal de esta investigación es realizar el estudio y diseño de una propuesta arquitectónica dirigida al Cantón Daule acerca del Palacio Municipal ya que esta entidad pública es la encargada de administrar, dirigir e inspeccionar los servicios y obras municipales, debido a que la actual sede no se encuentra en las condiciones adecuadas para realizar sus actividades de manera correspondiente, sumándose a esto la incorrecta relación de áreas de trabajo lo que ha traído como resultado una desordenada atención para sus funcionario y usuarios que requieren de mayor superficie y mobiliarios de acuerdo a las normativas para una correcta elaboración. La idea de esta propuesta arquitectónica es aplicar nuevas tecnologías de construcción y estrategias bioclimáticas sustentables que permitan mejorar el confort higrotérmico de la edificación.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this investigation is to carry out the study and design of an architectural proposal addressed to the Daule Canton regarding the Municipal Palace because the canton is in charge of administering, directing, and inspecting the municipal works and services. The current headquarters is not in an adequate condition to carry out its activities in a proper way. In addition to this, the inefficient setup of the working areas has resulted in disorderly use by workers and users that requires more space and furniture according to the regulations for a proper functioning. The idea of this architectural proposal is to apply new construction technologies and sustainable bioclimatic strategies that allow improving the hydrothermal comfort of the building.es_ES
