Influencia de la familia en la adaptación de pacientes con ERCD del Centro de Hemodiálisis Farmadial de la Ciudad de Milagro.

Resumen
El presente estudio parte de una problemática que tienen la familia con un miembro que ha sido diagnosticado con Enfermedad Renal Crónica Definitiva. La finalidad fue determinar la influencia de las familias en la adaptación de pacientes con ERCD del Centro de Hemodiálisis Farmadial de la ciudad de Milagro, a través de una investigación de campo y apoyándose en las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de información como la entrevista, encuesta y cuestionario de adaptabilidad de Hugo Bell. La metodología empleada es cuali-cuanti, con diseño no experimental de tipo descriptivo y alcance correlacional. Entre los principales resultados de pudo identificar que los pacientes cuentan con apoyo económico facilitado por los progenitores y que la interacción de sus respectivos grupos familiares dificultan la adaptación a la enfermedad, lo cual genera complicaciones en el proceso de hemodiálisis. Siendo evidente la necesidad de apoyo familiar que tienen los pacientes en lo referente a las actividades de la vida diaria y la percepción de desatención les provoca estados de ansiedad y depresión que repercuten en el tratamiento y calidad de vida de los pacientes que ingresan a la enfermedad renal crónica definitiva.
This work was proposed based on the problems that have families with a member who has been diagnosed with Renal Disease Definitive Chronicle, situations, processes and difficulties tavern face to cope with this patient from every point of view becomes a shaft and particular concerns each of the members of these households attention. The objective of this project is to determine the degree of influence that has the support of families in patients with ERCD Farmadial Hemodialysis Center - Milagros. Through field research and after the use of techniques and data collection instruments incidence and prevalence of patients undergoing a clinical picture of bio psychosocial were detected. In addition interviews and questionnaire surveys Bell applied. This study revealed that family support is crucial to cope with such chronic disease; the survey showed that the vast majority of patient’s subject of this study, presents the definitive chronic kidney disease, and dialyzed in the center Farmadial- Milagro live with first degree of consanguinity, ie with their children / as and couples. They also said they received some guidance on daily patient care when entering the center also found that a high percentage has depression, anxiety and traits of aggressiveness, argue that the process of the disease is high and most of the patients report that the financial support comes from her mother through housing, food and miscellaneous expenses in relation to the questionnaire adaptation of Hugo Bell that was applied to both men and women with ERCD in family, social, professional, health area and emotional showed unsatisfactory and bad values because they did not adapt easily to changing lifestyle.
