dc.description.abstract	El Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un centro de atención para adultos mayores a establecerse en la ciudad de Cuenca, tiene como finalidad cubrir la demanda existente de centros orientados al cuidado de las necesidades de salud y bienestar de los adultos mayores. Dentro de este trabajo de investigación se plantea la problemática que representa la falta de centros especializados que aporten al bienestar físico, mental y emocional de este grupo de personas, a través de servicios de calidad que involucren actividades tanto físicas como recreativas. Por consiguiente es necesario realizar este estudio de factibilidad para evaluar la posibilidad de crear un centro de atención al adulto mayor en la ciudad de Cuenca, a fin de contribuir a mejorar la calidad de vida de los mismos, como una ayuda a su desarrollo físico y social basado en los lineamientos establecidos por entidades gubernamentales como el Ministerio de Inclusión Económica y Social (MIES). En este proyecto se aplicó la investigación descriptiva, ya que para comprobar la hipótesis se realizó una encuesta a los adultos mayores de la ciudad de Cuenca con la finalidad de lograr el propósito señalado, resultados que fueron presentados a través de gráficos estadísticos para facilitar su interpretación. De tal manera que se justifique dicho estudio y se logre cumplir con el objetivo principal, que es determinar la factibilidad económica para la creación de un centro de atención para adultos mayores en la ciudad de Cuenca, el mismo que contribuirá a mejorar la calidad de vida de esta población. Luego del desarrollo de dicho estudio se concluyó que el proyecto es viable ya que los resultados obtenidos en el análisis financiero, determinaron un VAN de $28,293.33 y una TIR 24.71% y por consecuencia se cumplió el objetivo general y sus objetivos específicos.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The factibilty study for the creation of an Adult Care Center to take place in one of the most important cities of Ecuador, Cuenca. It has the intention to cover the demand of the centers oriented to the health care and welfare needs for the old people. By this research raises the question that represents the lack of specialized centers which contribute to the physical, mental and emotional welfare of this group of people, through quality services that involves recreational and physical activities. In this case, It is necessary to realize this factibility study in order to evaluate the possibility to create an Adult Care Center in Cuenca city, to improve the quality of life of this people, also helping their physical and social development based on the guidelines established by governmental entities like the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion (MIES) In this project we applied the descriptive research, because we prove the hypothesis with a survey to the old people in Cuenca, with the purpose of showing the points in mention, this result were presented with statistics graphics to make easier to understand. So this study is justified and meets the goal of the main objective, which is to determine the economic factibility for the creation of an Adult Care Center in Cuenca, the same that is going to help to improve the quality of life of this population. After the development of this study, we prove that this is a capable project because of the results obtained in the financial analysis, which determine a VAN of 28,293.33 usd and a TIR of 24.71% so in consequence we reach the general objective and the specific objectives.	es_ES
