dc.description.abstract	La identificación de los problemas que tienen las instituciones educativas es uno de los puntos críticos que se deben tratar, con ello podemos analizar las consecuencias y el impacto que tiene cada uno de los problemas sociales dentro del establecimiento. La implementación de un Sistema Sentiment Mining mediante un análisis Data Feeling en Facebook tiene como finalidad identificar las tendencias de afinidad de los alumnos de la Carrera de Ingeniera en Sistema Computacional de la Universidad de Guayaquil. En el desarrollo de la solución se aplican dos tipos de metodologías, la metodología en cascada para el desarrollo y la metodología CRISP-DM para el manejo y procesamiento de datos. Aplicando el análisis de sentimientos en los estudiantes de la institución educativa obtendremos varios gráficos que nos permitirán visualizar las tendencias y clasificaciones de sentimientos positivos y negativos, también nos permitirá generar un reporte con toda la información extraída de la red social Facebook con su respectivo análisis. Finalmente se concluye la ejecución exitosa del modelo de análisis sentimental, la experimentación de la aplicación de la metodología CRISP-DM, la implementación del sistema mediante herramientas Open Source y una base de datos PostgreSQL	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The identification of the problems that have the educational institutions is one of the critical points that must be treated, with this we can analyze the consequences and the impact that each one of the social problems in the establishment has. The implementation of a Sentiment Mining System through a Data Feeling analysis on Facebook aims to identify the tendencies of affinity of the students of the Career of Engineering in Computer System of the University of Guayaquil. In the development of the solution, two types of methodologies are applied, the cascade methodology for development and the CRISP-DM methodology for data management and processing. Applying the analysis of feelings in the students of the educational institution we will obtain several graphs that will allow us to visualize the trends and classifications of positive and negative feelings, it will also allow us to generate a report with all the information extracted from the social network Facebook with its respective analysis. Finally, I can conclude the successful execution of the sentimental analysis model, the experimentation of the application of the CRISP-DM methodology, the implementation of the system through Open Source tools and a PostgreSQL Database.	es_ES
