dc.description.abstract	El objetivo de esta tesis es el desarrollo de un estudio de mercado para determinar la factibilidad de implementar un Centro de Apoyo Pedagógico para niños que estudian la primaria y cuyos padres trabajan. Esto implica ayudarlos y vigilarlos con el objetivo de que hagan sus tareas correctamente, regularizarlo con las materias que más se les dificulten, recrearlos con actividades sanas y positivas en donde puedan desarrollar sus habilidades y valores. Por medio de una investigación de mercado, se identificó que sí existen clientes potenciales para esta tesis, los cuales están interesados en la propuesta. Este análisis arrojó datos interesantes como el horario adecuado para el funcionamiento del centro, que será de 15:00 a 19:00 pm; el precio mensual por alumno, que será de $110.00 dólares además se cuenta con personal capacitado específicamente para atender a niños en etapa de desarrollo. Se cuenta con diferentes estrategias de posicionamiento como volantes, sitio web y prensa escrita. Para este proyecto se hace una inversión inicial de $42.536,72 que se recupera en 3 año con una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) de 41,97%, con un VAN positivos de $ 31.578,76 dólares, esto permite apreciar la viabilidad financiera del Centro de Apoyo Pedagógico. Se recomienda implementar ya que tiene flujos futuros expectantes, es viable y no tiene competencia directa, se debe invertir. Palabras claves: pedagógico, servicio, sitio web, apoyo	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The aim of this thesis is the development of a market research to determine the feasibility of implementing a Center of Pedagogic Support for children who study the primary one and whose parents work. This them implies helping and monitoring them with the aim that they do his tasks correctly, to regularize it with the matters that more impede them, to recreate them with healthy and positive activities where they could develop his skills and values. By means of an investigation of market, there was identified that yes potential clients exist for this thesis, which are interested in the offer. This analysis threw interesting information as the schedule adapted for the functioning of the center, which will be of 15:00 to 19:00 pm; the monthly price for pupil, will be of 110.00 $ dollars in addition one possesses personnel qualified specifically to attend to children in stage of development. One possesses different strategies of positioning as steering wheels, web site and written press. For this project makes an initial investment of $ 42.536,72 which is recovered in 3 years with an Internal Rate of Return (TIR) of 41,97%, with a positive VAN of $ 31.578,76 dollars, this reveals the financial viability of the Learning Support Center.
