dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de titulación se enfocó en el desarrollo de un prototipo de sistema informático que ejecuta la información generada en los procedimientos de la gestión de desechos peligrosos que realiza la empresa GYPAM. Para ello se investigaron y analizaron los procesos de la empresa en dicha gestión para luego identificar en que momento ocurría el problema. Se utilizó la metodología ágil Scrum, porque se basa en la agilidad para desarrollar el software, dividiendo el proyecto global en iteraciones que al finalizar, presentan un producto funcional al usuario. El desarrollo del prototipo de sistema informático es importante, porque le permite a GYPAM tener un mayor control de la información proveniente de los procedimientos que se llevan a cabo, además de usar una herramienta tecnológica que organice mejor los datos. Al finalizar el proyecto, se culminó con éxito el desarrollo del prototipo de sistema informático, las pruebas demostraron que los usuarios quedaron satisfechos con el diseño y funcionamiento del sistema, y se adquirieron nuevos conocimientos sobre desechos peligrosos.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis project focused on the development of a software prototype that manages the information generated by the procedures of hazardous waste management that performs the GYPAM company. For this, we researched and analyzed the company processes in such management, to then identify when the problem occurred. We used Scrum agile methodology, because it is based on agility to develop the software, dividing all the project into iterations that at the end, it shows a functional product to the user. The development of the software prototype is important, because it allows to have greater control the information from the procedures to GYPAM, also to use a technological tool to better organize the data. Upon completion of the project, we completed successfully the development of the software prototype, the tests showed that users were satisfied with the design and operation of the software, and we acquireded new knowledge about hazardous wastees_ES
