dc.description.abstractEl consumo de drogas se considera un problema de alta incidencia y riesgo en la sociedad actual, en las embarazadas conlleva una amplia gama de problemas que afectan tanto al producto como a ellas y, por tanto, a la sociedad. La pobreza y el bajo nivel socioeconómico y educativo son factores que se observan entre las madres consumidoras de drogas., el mismo que provoca daño al recién nacido. Objetivo: Determinar el riesgo de seguridad que tuvieron los recién nacidos, en hijos de madres consumidoras dentro de un periodo comprendido del año 2021. Metodología: Estudio cuantitativo, enfoque retrospectivo, usando como instrumento la recolección de datos, análisis documental y las encuestas a informantes claves (10 Licenciadas en Enfermería que brindan cuidado directo al Recién Nacido y la madre). Resultados: Personal de enfermería brinda charlas educativas con el fin de crear una cultura de prevención, ya que, señala que cada mes se atienden a recién nacidos de madres consumidoras, los mismos que sufren complicaciones en su salud como síndrome de abstinencia, bajo peso y nacimiento prematuro, por eso es importante conocer el tipo de sustancias estupefacientes que consume la madre, porque de eso dependerá los medicamentos y demás intervenciones que se realicen tanto al recién nacido como a la madre. Conclusión: Los recién nacidos presentan alteraciones graves en su salud a causa de que durante la etapa de gestación haya consumido drogas, como consecuencia puede presentar efectos negativos en corto, mediano y largo plazo, por lo que la participación de la enfermería en el seguimiento de los pacientes es fundamental.es_ES
dc.description.abstractDrug use is considered a problem of high incidence and risk in today's society, in pregnant women it entails a wide range of problems that affect both the product and themselves and, therefore, society. Poverty and low socioeconomic and educational level are factors that are observed among drug-using mothers, the same that causes harm to the newborn. Objective: To determine the safety risk that newborns had, in children of consumer mothers within a period of the year 2021. Methodology: Quantitative study, retrospective approach, using data collection, documentary analysis and informant surveys as an instrument. keys (10 Nursing graduates who provide direct care to the newborn and the mother). Results: Nursing staff provides educational talks in order to create a culture of prevention, since it indicates that every month newborns of consumer mothers are cared for, the same ones who suffer health complications such as withdrawal syndrome, low weight and premature birth, that is why it is important to know the type of narcotic substances that the mother consumes, because the medications and other interventions that are carried out on both the newborn and the mother will depend on that. Conclusion: Newborns present serious alterations in their health due to the fact that during the gestation stage they have consumed drugs, as a consequence it can present negative effects in the short, medium and long term, for which the participation of nursing in the follow-up of patients is essential.es_ES
