dc.description.abstractEl objetivo del presente proyecto consiste en desarrollar e implementar una plataforma web con chatbot para la comunicación activa entre usuario e información del portafolio de servicio de la empresa Electricsystems de la ciudad de Guayaquil, debido a que la empresa no cuenta con estos servicios tecnológicos y realiza sus actividades de captación de clientes de una manera tradicional. Para lograr este objetivo se realizó el levantamiento de información con el fin de evaluar la situación actual de la empresa y obtener los requerimientos funcionales para su creación. Para la elaboración de la página web se hizo uso de Bootstrap, Hmtl5, Css3 y JavaScript, para la creación del Chatbot se empleó la plataforma Dialogflow de Google las cuales utilizan técnicas de Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural, Inteligencia Artificial y Machine Learning que procesan la información recibida por parte del usuario y responden de una manera lógica. Todo esto hizo posible el logro de la entrega del producto, el mismo que permite interactuar con el cliente mediante el Chatbot que se encuentra disponible las 24 horas, automatizando tiempos.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this project is to develop and implement a web platform with chatbot for active communication between the user and the information of the service portfolio of the Electricsystems company of the city of Guayaquil. The company does not have these technological services and performs its customer service seminars traditional way. In order to achieve this objective, the information was collected to assess the current situation of the company and obtain the functional requirements for its creation for the development of the website. The following systems were used Bootstrap, Hmtl5, Css3 and JavaScript were used, for the creation of the Chatbot, the Google Dialogflow platform was used, which uses Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques that process through the information received by the user which responded in a logical way. All this was possible thank to the achievement of product delivery, this one an allows interact with the customer through the Chatbot that is available 24 hours, automating handling times better and faster.es_ES
