Resumen
El Hospital de Balzar, se encuentra ubicado en el cantón Balzar perteneciente a la Provincia del Guayas, es una institución que pertenece al Ministerio de Salud Pública, funciona como jefatura de área el misma que tiene el Centro Atención Diferenciada a los Adolescentes (A.D.A.), 5 Unidades Satélites, 4 Unidades de Atención Primaria que brindan Atención Amigable a los Adolescente. Muchas son las variables que modifican el crecimiento fetal, entre ellas destacan condiciones biológicas tales como la edad, paridad, talla materna, y el sexo del recién nacido. Por otro lado existen, condiciones patológicas que modifican el potencial de crecimiento fetal normal. Entre los factores de riesgo relevantes destacan los trastornos hipertensivos del embarazo, el tabaquismo, la diabetes gestacional y el estado nutricional materno, lo que motivo este estudio en adolescentes. Para analizar la importancia del factor nutricional se ha utilizado la talla y el peso materno, de forma separada o combinados como índices de la relación peso/talla para identificar el IMC de la paciente y poder tomar los correctivos necesarios para evitar complicaciones futuras, lo cual motivo a que se realice este estudio de tipo analítico descriptivo no experimental, aplicado a 70 adolescentes embarazadas con trastornos nutricionales atendidas en la consulta externa del Hospital de Balzar de la Provincia del Guayas, en el periodo 12 meses, desde enero a diciembre del 2011. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar los trastornos nutricionales en adolescentes embarazadas, y registrar los respectivos datos de filiación de las adolescentes embarazadas, realizar el diagnóstico según el IMC de las embarazadas adolescentes, registrar los antecedentes Gineco-Obstétricos y factores de riesgo, identificar las complicaciones materno-fetales causadas por los trastornos nutricionales, y con los resultados implementar el Protocolo de manejo nutricional del embarazo.

On the other hand there are pathological conditions that change the normal fetal growth potential. Among the relevant risk factors include hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, smoking, gestational diabetes and maternal nutritional status, what motivated this study in adolescents. To analyze the importance of nutritional factor was used maternal height and weight, separately or in combination as indices of the weight / height BMI to identify the patient and to take the necessary corrective measures to prevent future complications relationship, which reason to study non-experimental descriptive analytic applied to 70 pregnant teens attended nutritional disorders in the outpatient hospital Balzar of the Province of Guayas, in the period 12 months from January to December 2011 was performed. this study was aimed at assessing the overall nutritional disorders in pregnant adolescents, and record the respective data affiliation of pregnant adolescents, the diagnosis by BMI of pregnant teenagers record Gynecology Obstetric history and risk factors, identify caused by maternal fetal nutritional disorders, and the results of implementing the Protocol nutritional management of pregnancy.
