Resumen
A medida que han pasado los años, han existido adelantos en las tecnologías. Uno de ellos es la Identificación por Radio Frecuencia (RFID) que ha motivado el desarrollo dicho sistema en diferentes sectores para el rastreo de bienes activos, animales y personas en tiempo real. El objetivo principal del presente proyecto fue el análisis y diseño del seguimiento de los neonatos en los centros hospitalarios con la utilización de la tecnología RFID, pudiendo contrarrestar el plagio de los mismos. En este proyecto se utilizó dos tipos de investigación: Descriptiva y Explorativa, ya que se identificó las características de la tecnología RFID y se especificó la estructura tecnológica que se necesita para el correcto funcionamiento y futura implementación en los centros hospitalarios. Mediante la metodología PMI y el estudio de las factibilidades: operacional, técnica, legal y económica se demostró que es factible su realización. Las técnicas e instrumentos escogidos fueron la observación y las encuestas, para esto, se enfocó en la Parroquia Tarqui, debido a que cuenta con un mayor desarrollo urbano en la parte norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil. Al finalizar los estudios pertinentes se logró diseñar una maternidad en 3D para poder especificar en qué lugar deberían estar ubicadas las antenas para obtener una excelente recepción de los mismos y no tener inconvenientes con la lectura de los tags. Para concluir, el uso de esta tecnología en establecimientos hospitalarios puede reducir notablemente los riesgos a los que son expuestos los neonatos, como el de un posible plagio y que a partir de la implementación de este sistema se puede crear caminos para futuros proyectos.
As the years have passed, there has been progress in the technologies. One of them is the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) which has motivated the development that system in different sectors for the tracking of assets, animals and people in real time. The main objective of this project was the analysis and design of the follow-up of the neonates in hospitals with the use of RFID technology, being able to counteract the plagiarism of the same. In this project two types of research were used: Descriptive and explorative, because it was the characteristics of RFID technology were identified the technological structure that is required for the correct operation and future implementation in hospital centers was specified. Through the methodology PMI and the study of the practicalities: operational, technical, legal and economic it was demonstrated that its realization. The techniques and instruments chosen were the observation and surveys focused in the Parish of Tarqui, due to the greatest urban development in the northern part of Guayaquil city. At the end of the relevant studies the design of a motherhood in 3D was adrieved to be able to specify in which place should be located the antennas for excellent reception of the same and not having problems with the reading of the tags. In conclusion, the use of this technology in hospital can dramatically reduce the risks to which they are exposed the neonates, like possible plagiarisms as well as through the implementation of this system paths for future projects can be created.
