dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto de investigación es la creación de un manual para gestión administrativa en beneficio del Hotel Santa Teresita de Camilo Ponce Enríquez, dado a que en la actualidad los procedimientos que realizan dentro del mismo son de forma empírica debido a las grandes falencias que tiene dentro de su administración, lo cual ha derivado a la propietaria a obtener pérdidas monetarias. El objetivo de la creación del manual es establecer lineamientos para optimizar el funcionamiento del Hotel y directrices que ayuden a los departamentos a desenvolverse de manera correcta, eficaz y eficientemente en sus actividades. La metodología utilizada en el presente proyecto fue de tipo descriptiva porque se describieron situaciones y contextos. Las técnicas aplicadas fueron la entrevista dirigida a la dueña del hotel y encuestas a su personal. Mediante el análisis realizado se pudo captar que el administrador actual no cuenta con las capacidades necesarias para el puesto de trabajo, no cumple con sus funciones a cabalidad, por lo tanto no realiza un control en las actividades del personal. El Manual Administrativo se convertirá en la herramienta más importante del hotel, ayudara de guía al personal dándole a conocer la misión y visión del mismo y a la correcta ejecución de sus actividades y los procedimientos a realizar para mejorar así la eficiencia y eficacia del hotel Santa Teresita.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The present research project is the creation of a manual for administrative management in benefit of the Santa Teresita Hotel of Camilo Ponce Enríquez, given that currently the procedures performed within it are empirically because of the great shortcomings that it has within of its administration, which has led the owner to obtain monetary losses. The objective of the creation of the manual is to establish guidelines to optimize the functioning of the Hotel and guidelines that help the departments to develop correctly, effectively and efficiently in their activities. The methodology used in the present project was descriptive because situations and contexts were described. The techniques applied were the interview addressed to the owner of the hotel and surveys of her staff. Through the analysis made it was possible to grasp that the current administrator does not have the necessary skills for the job, does not fully comply with its functions, therefore does not control the activities of the staff. The Administrative Manual will become the most important tool of the hotel, will help guide the staff by making them aware of the mission and vision of the same and the correct execution of their activities and the procedures to be carried out in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Santa Teresita hotel.	es_ES
