dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo de investigación se estudiara las diferentes falencias que se da en el Gobierno Autónomo descentralizado del Cantón Naranjal, cuentan con inconvenientes en el área administrativa por la poca organización, la toma de decisiones equivocadas, problemas internos, la falta de comunicación interna e implementación de políticas de comunicación se debe a que los funcionarios públicos n cuentan con un adecuado proceso de capacitación el cual afecta al rendimiento de los empleados. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo principal mejorar el desempeño de los funcionarios públicos a través de un programa de capacitación para crear mayor eficiencia y rendimiento en su área laboral, permitiendo al GAD Municipal del Cantón Naranjal mejorar y fortalecer sus procedimientos administrativos. Se fijó tres objetivos específicos enfocados en la realización de proyecto mediante los principios fundamentales y un análisis previo en los procesos administrativos, lo mencionado anteriormente se sustenta en la recopilación de información obtenida mediante las encuestas a los trabajadores. En el primer capítulo se examina la problemática que motivo la investigación. En el segundo capítulo se mostraran los antecedentes de la investigación que nos aportara información para nuestro estudio. En el tercer capítulo se enfocara en las diferentes metodologías que se utilizara para la respectiva investigación y recolección de información importante, en el cuarto capítulo se efectuara el planteamiento de la propuesta donde se expondrá el programa de capacitación e inducción para implementar en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Naranjal con el objetivo de mejorar el área administrativa.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn the next investigation work we will study the different failures that occurs in the Autonomous Government Decentralized of the Canton Naranjal, they have disadvantages in the administrative area due to little organization, choose of wrong decisions, internal problems, lack of internal communication and the implementation of communication policies is due to the fact that public officials do not have an adequate training process which affects the performance of employees. The main objective of this project is to improve the performance of public officials through a training program to create greater efficiency and performance in their work area, allowing the municipal GAD of the Canton Naranjal to improve and strengthen its administrative procedures. Three specific objectives focused on the realization of the project were established through the fundamental principles and a previous analysis in the administrative processes. The aforementioned is based on the collection of information obtained through interviews with the workers. In the first chapter the problematic that motivates the investigation is examined. In the second chapter we will show the background of the research that will provide us with information for our study. In the third chapter we will focus on the different methodologies that will be used for the respective research and collection of important information and to last in the fourth chapter we will made the proposal which will expose the training and induction program to implement in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Cantón Naranjal with the objective of improving the administrative area.es_ES
