dc.description.abstract	La sistematización de prevención de recaídas ante el consumo de drogas con adolescentes que reciben tratamiento residencial en el Centro de Rehabilitación “Virgen de Fátima” de la ciudad de Guayaquil, tuvo como eje las sesiones grupales. El objetivo consistió en “Evaluar las sesiones grupales como factor de prevención de recaídas ante el consumo de drogas con adolescentes que reciben tratamiento residencial para mejorar las estrategias de intervención psicosocial en centros de rehabilitación de adicciones de la Zona 8”. La metodología de la sistematización, cualitativa y participativa, permitió la colaboración de todos los actores, empleando la observación y análisis de registros, entrevistas y un cuestionario aplicado a los usuarios. Por otro lado los resultados obtenidos fueron debatidos en reuniones de discusión mediante los criterios técnicos de los psicólogos del Centro, la experiencia de los usuarios y la de las estudiantes practicantes que fueron trianguladas y contextualizadas a las particularidades de la experiencia misma y sus beneficios que permitió llegar a una reflexión crítica y rigurosa, concluyendo con la afirmación de que las sesiones grupales constituyen un factor positivo e indispensable para la prevención de recaídas, incluso en el poco tiempo de su ejecución. Las recomendaciones se dirigieron al fortalecimiento de estrategias de prevención desde el enfoque psicosocial, tanto para el Centro de Rehabilitación como para los futuros proyectos de servicio comunitario de estudiantes de la Carrera de Psicología	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The systematization of relapse prevention in front of the drug consumption with adolescents receiving residential treatment at the "Virgen de Fátima" Rehabilitation Center in the city of Guayaquil, had an axis the group sessions. The objective to consisted "To evaluate the group sessions as relapse prevention factor in front of the consumption of drug with adolescent that receive residential treatment, for to improve psychosocial intervention strategies in addiction rehabilitation centers of the Zone 8". The systematization methodology, qualitative and participatory, allowed the collaboration of all actors, employing observation and analysis of records, interviews and a questionnaire applied to users. On the other hand, the results obtained were debated in discussion meetings. The theoretical proposals of the various intervention models for the prevention of relapse, the technical criteria of the Center's psychologists, the experience of the users and of the practicing students that were triangulated and contextualized to the particularities of the experience itself and its benefits, allowed to reach a critical and rigorous reflection, concluding with the affirmation that the group sessions constitute a positive and indispensable factor for the prevention of relapses, even in the short time of its execution.The recommendations were directed to strengthening of prevention strategies from a psychosocial approach, both for the Rehabilitation Center and for future community service projects for students of the Psychology Career	es_ES
