dc.description.abstract	El proyecto concierne al Estudio y diseño modular orgánico con optimización energética de la Terminal de Transporte Terrestre para la cabecera cantonal de Daule, que tiene como objetivos determinar los orígenes-destinos más frecuentes de los usuarios de las diferentes cooperativas que operan en el cantón, días y horas de mayor demanda, la oferta y demanda actual, y los espacios complementarios que necesita la población en el diseño de la Terminal Terrestre, para mitigar el congestionamiento vehicular y los problemas que se generan a partir de este en el centro urbano del Cantón. La siguiente investigación se desarrolla en cinco capítulos, en donde se engloba un proceso de conocimiento acerca de los diferentes aspectos que conforman un Terminal de Transporte, desde el análisis de la problemática a resolver, los aspectos conceptuales vinculados de forma directa con el proyecto, el medio contextual en donde se proyectará la propuesta, las normativas establecidas por las instituciones de gobierno que rigen los parámetros de diseño, el proyecto integra la investigación aplicada porque como lo indica su nombre aplica los conocimientos teóricos planteados por la investigación Pura o Básica, la exploratoria en la búsqueda de problemas de la realidad y su sustento teórico para la viabilidad de la investigación y descriptiva por la caracterización de los contextos pertinentes al proyecto de solución, se aplica la técnica de muestreo, los resultados obtenidos a través del cuestionario, fichas de observación y recopilación documental sustenta la premisa de investigación, finalmente se realizó una programación arquitectónica, estudio de áreas y zonificación, para el desarrollo de la propuesta.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The project concerns the study and modulate organic design with energy optimization of the Land Transport Terminal for the cantonal head of Daule, which aims to determine the most frequent origins-destinations of the users of the different cooperatives operating in the canton, days and hours of increased demand, current supply and demand, and the complementary spaces needed by the population in the design of the Terrestrial Terminal, to mitigate traffic congestion and the problems generated from it in the urban center of the Canton. The following research is developed in five chapters, which includes a process of knowledge about the different aspects that make up a Transportation Terminal, from the analysis of the problem to be solved, the conceptual aspects linked directly to the project, the Contextual medium where the proposal will be projected, the regulations established by the government institutions that govern the design parameters, the project integrates applied research because, as its name indicates, it applies the theoretical knowledge raised by the Pure or Basic research, the exploratory in the search of reality problems and their theoretical sustenance for the viability of the investigation and descriptive by the characterization of the contexts pertinent to the solution project, the sampling technique is applied, the results obtained through the questionnaire, observation sheets and documentary compilation supports the premise Finally, an architectural program, area study and zoning was carried out for the development of the proposal.	es_ES
