dc.description.abstract	En la presente investigación se busca realizar un estudio sobre la incidencia que han tenido las políticas fiscales en cuanto a la contribución dentro del sector agropecuario en el periodo 2017- 2019 y además busca analizar comparativamente el desempeño de este sector agropecuario en dichos periodos, así también identificar las necesidades del sector, detallar la importancia e influencia que el sector posee dentro del país. La metodología aplicada es de tipo cualitativa, con un alcance explicativo y un diseño de investigación no experimental. La fuente de los datos recogidos se llevará a cabo mediante una investigación de campo, donde la muestra recogida se desarrollará mediante el método de muestreo no probabilístico, aplicando la técnica de recolección de información por bola de nieve donde se aplicará como instrumento la entrevista elaborada. Los resultados evidencian que el apoyo o contribución por parte del Estado ha sido prácticamente nulo, las políticas fiscales aplicadas al sector no han ayudado significativamente a su desarrollo, y además logra evidenciar las necesidades e insuficiencias que padece el sector, que impiden y limitan su desarrollo local y potencialidad internacional.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This research seeks to carry out a study on the impact that fiscal policies have had in terms of the contribution within the agricultural sector in the period 2017-2019 and also seeks to comparatively analyze the performance of this agricultural sector in those periods, as well as identify the needs of the sector, detail the importance and influence that the sector has within the country. The applied methodology is qualitative, with an explanatory scope and a nonexperimental research design. The source of the data collected will be carried out through a field investigation, where the sample collected will be developed through the non-probability sampling method, applying the information collection technique by snowball where the elaborated interview will be applied as an instrument. The results show that the support or contribution from the State has been practically nil, the fiscal policies applied to the sector have not significantly helped its development, and it also manages to show the needs and insufficiencies that the sector suffers, which impede and limit its development local and international potential.	es_ES
