dc.description.abstract	El trabajo de investigación realizado a la población, visitantes y turistas en el sector de Urdesa va dirigido a personas entre 16 a 65 años de edad que han caído en la rutina al buscar algún sitio nuevo o innovador de diversión y recreación en el sector de Urdesa en Guayaquil. Debido a que en el sector hay una carencia de lugares gastronómicos donde se fomente la cultura con el arte, ésto generó un problema en la zona que delimitándolo al área de cafeterías que no brindan ningún aporte cultural para sus clientes y gracias al desarrollo de la investigación se tiene la justificación que demuestra el ¿Por qué? Nuestro proyecto es factible y además el brindar un aporte al turismo específicamente en el área cultural y gastronómico La cafetería temática en el sector de Urdesa nace como una solución al problema que se tiene y que enfrentan los clientes al no tener algo innovador y fuera de lo común. Dando los visitantes un lugar que les permita disfrutar de un momento muy ameno e inolvidable acompañados de sus familiares y amigos o en algunos casos pasar un momento sólo de relax. Demostrando a la vez una notable oportunidad de rentabilidad del proyecto porque se tiene un estilo nuevo e innovador con respecto a cafeterías temáticas y así poder diferenciar nuestro local de la competencia.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The research work carried out on the population, visitors and tourists in the sector of Urdesa is aimed at people between 16 to 65 years of age who have fallen into the rut when looking for some new or innovative site of fun and recreation in the sector of Urdesa in Guayaquil.
