| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación se encuentra estructurado de cuatro capítulos que respaldan el trabajo investigativo bajo el respectivo análisis que permitió obtener un resultado coherente y efectivo. Además, se muestran los resultados obtenidos a través de las encuestas, su respectiva tabulación y análisis. Mediante la implementación de este proyecto se pretende poner en funcionamiento una microempresa productora de comidas típicas con servicio de entrega a domicilio con la finalidad de rescatar nuestra cultura y nuestras raíces gastronómicas, sobre todo aprovechar la oportunidad de negocio que se pudo identificar como la escases de la distribución de comidas en la jornada nocturna. Se presenta el estudio de mercado respectivo del proyecto, posterior el estudio técnico y finalmente el estudio económico que permitirá dar a conocer la viabilidad del proyecto el análisis financiero permitirá corroborar la factibilidad del proyecto en un plazo de 5 años mostrando los resultados obtenidos en los balances. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This research project is structured in four chapters that support the investigative work under the respective analysis that allowed to obtain a coherent and effective result. In addition, the results obtained through the surveys, their respective tabulation and analysis, are shown. Through the implementation of this project, it is intended to start up a microcompany that produces typical foods with home delivery service in order to rescue our culture and our gastronomic roots, especially to take advantage of the business opportunity that could be identified as the shortage of the distribution of meals in the evening shift. The respective market study of the project is presented, followed by the technical study and finally the economic study that will make it possible to publicize the feasibility of the project.The financial analysis will allow to corroborate the feasibility of the project within a period of 5 years, showing the results obtained in the balance sheets. | es_ES |
