Resumen
La salud ambiental e intercultural es un bien común del cual todos los seres humanos son responsables de proteger para garantizar bienestar a la población en la comunidad en este sentido enfermería juega un papel primordial en el cuidado de la salud ambiental de la comunidad ya que es consciente de la influencia del ambiente y la interculturalidad. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo de describir la responsabilidad de enfermería en la salud ambiental e intercultural en la comunidad, en los centros de salud del Distrito Febres Cordero 09D04, durante el mes de diciembre del 2021 a febrero del 2022. Se empleó la metodología cualitativa con el método etnográfico se seleccionan cuatro profesionales de enfermería que firmaron el consentimiento informado para participar voluntariamente en este estudio se realiza una entrevista utilizando una guía orientadora de preguntas los datos se organizaron en códigos y categorías para ser analizado por el método de comparación constante (MCC). Los resultados muestran tres categorías centrales relacionada con las actitudes de enfermería en la salud ambiental e intercultural en la comunidad se encuentra con disposición a la salud comunitaria, con el compromiso de enfermería en la salud ambiental e intercultural, tuvo un compromiso limitado porque no tiene recursos, con el comportamiento ético de enfermería en la salud ambiental e intercultural en la comunidad, atención sin discriminación de género, de razas, con respeto hacia el ambiente. En conclusión, con el compromiso se vio afectado por la pandemia, sin embargo, enfermería tuvo una actitud favorable para atender las necesidades de la comunidad lo que genera un comportamiento acorde con la responsabilidad de enfermería en la salud ambiental e intercultural en la comunidad.
Environmental and intercultural health is a common good that all human beings are responsible for protecting in order to guarantee the well-being of the population in the community. In this sense, nursing plays a primary role in caring for the environmental health of the community, since it is aware of the influence of the environment and interculturality. The objective of this research was to describe the responsibility of nursing in environmental and intercultural health in the community, in the health centers of the Febres Cordero District 09D04, during the month of December 2021 to February 2022. The qualitative methodology was used with the ethnographic method, four nursing professionals were selected who signed the informed consent to voluntarily participate in this study, an interview was conducted using a question guide, the data was organized into codes and categories to be analyzed by the constant comparison method (MCC). The results show three central categories related to the attitudes of nursing in environmental and intercultural health in the community is with disposition to community health, with the commitment of nursing in environmental and intercultural health, had a limited commitment because it does not have resources, with the ethical behavior of nursing in environmental and intercultural health in the community, care without discrimination of gender, race, with respect for the environment. In conclusion, the commitment was affected by the pandemic, however, nursing had a favorable attitude to meet the needs of the community, which generates a behavior consistent with the responsibility of nursing in environmental and intercultural health in the community.
