Lactancia materna como un buen vivir alimentario para la reducción de morbilidad y mortalidad en el rn, y formación de un Banco de Leche Materna en el Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil del MSP período 2014-2015

Resumen
La alimentacion de inicio de un recién nacido RN debe ser la leche humana de su madre que permitirá demostrar el acto sublime y emocional del más puro sentimiento de amor entre los seres representativos de la creacion. La leche humana representa el mejor tipo de alimentacion del en todos los elementos de su constitucion quimica , bioquimica , como es la presencia exacta de constituyentes como carbohidratos , grasas . Proteinas , nucleotidos , minerales , agua ,prebioticos e Inmunoglobulinas. . La leche materna reune todas las ventajas necesarias para usarla en los RN sobre todo en los ninos que tienen alto riesgo por la presencia de alguna morbilidad neonatal y ante la cual la leche materna por sus condiciones inmunologicas esta comprobado su beneficio curativo y preventivo , sobre todo en enfermedades infecciosas del aparato digestivo y Infecciones Neonatales bien sea por su peso bajo, por la inmadurez fetal organica ante el parto pretermino, por la hipoxia fetal al nacimiento distocico , y frente a las enfermedades como enterocolitis Necrotizante. Tambien es cierto que las ventajas iniciales que el niño tiene al momento de su adaptacion a la vida extrauterina hacen que Medicos, Investigadores , y la ciencia busquen mecanismos que permitan que el RN se alimente inicialmente y por siempre con leche materna, frente a ello este trabajo presenta la propuesta de crear en el Hospital Universitario un Banco de Leche Materna que otorgue beneficios a la poblacion Pediatrica que nacen en el Hospital y a los RN de esta area de Influencia en la prestacion de salud que acuden a este nosocomio. Se decidió hacer estudio una muestra probabilística de neonatos que ingresaron en la UCIN para medir los beneficios de la leche materna. También se hizo una encuesta a las madres para ver su opinión frente a este proyecto y el conocimiento que ellas tienen del banco de leche humana. Se hizo una entrevista a un neonatologo para ver su opinión y experiencia de que la leche materna seria un aporte para reducir la morbilidad y mortalidad del RN en el HUG.

Human milk is the best type of feeding of the newborn in all elements as chemical structure, biochemistry; as is the presence of constituents such as carbohydrates, fats, Proteins, nucleotides, minerals, water, prebiotics and immunoglobulin. Breast milk has all the necessary for use in the New Born especially in children at high risk for the presence of any neonatal morbidity and to which breast milk for their immunological conditions is proven curative and preventive benefit, especially Infectious diseases of the digestive system and neonatal infections either by its low weight, the organic fetal immaturity at preterm delivery, fetal hypoxia at birth dystocia, and against diseases such as necrotizing enterocolitis. It is also true that the initial advantage that the child has in their adapting to life after birth make physicians, researchers, and scientist seek mechanisms that allow the New Born , face of it this work presents the proposal to create a Milk Bank at the University Hospital providing benefits to the Pediatric population and the New born of the area ofinfluence in the provision of health who come to this hospital. We decided to study a probability sample of neonates admitted to the NICU to measure the benefits of breast milk according their time lapsed of hospitalization, their recovery. A survey was also made to the mothers for their opinion on this project and the knowledge they have of the human milk bank. An interview became a neonatologist for their opinion and experience that breast milk would contribute to reduce morbidity and mortality of the New Born in the HUG RN.
