Resumen
En la actualidad la tendencia del uso de la tecnología en las PYMES
manufactureras se ha visto estancada, por lo cual esto limita a la gestión del talento
humano; los gerentes y/o administradores manifestaron que por su alto costo no han
mplementado las TIC’s. Posterior a la estadística del poco uso de las TIC’s publicada
por MINTEL, se procedió a la investigación de campo utilizando como herramienta la
ncuesta, las misma que permitió ver la viabilidad de este proyecto y se obtuvo como
esultado que las PYMES sí estarán dispuestas a implementarlas. Una vez obtenida la
ceptación de las PYMES, esto permitirá también alcanzar el objetivo planteado que es
mejorar la gestión del talento humano en las PYMES manufactureras a través de la
ntegración de las TIC’s. También esto permite que las empresas estén a la vanguardia
de la tecnología, ser competitivos y crecimiento de la misma.
At present the trend of the use of the technology in the manufacturing PYMES has met suspended, for which this borders to the management of the human talent; the managers and/or administrators demonstrated that for his high cost they have not implemented the TIC's. Later to the statistics of little I use of the TIC's published by MINTEL, one proceeded to the field investigation using as tool the survey, same that allowed to see the viability of this project and to there be obtained as result that the PYMES yes will be ready to implement them. Once obtained the acceptance of the PYMES, this will allow to reach also the raised aim that is to improve the management of the human talent in the manufacturing PYMES across the integration of the TIC's. Also this allows that the companies should be to the forefront of the technology, to be competitive and a growth of the same one.
