dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se realizó en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Universitario, con la finalidad de establecer la relación entre el tipo de parto y su influencia en el desarrollo del Síndrome de Dificultad Respiratoria en Neonatos además está dirigida a investigar la relación que existe entre la edad gestacional, el peso y sexo con el Síndrome de Dificultad Respiratoria; identificar los factores que inciden en la decisión médica sobre el tipo de parto y fortalecer las estrategias de control del Síndrome de Dificultad Respiratoria con procesos de capacitación institucional y comunitaria; es un estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo, observacional y retrospectivo; para la recolección de datos se utilizó las historias clínicas materno – neonatal y registros del Servicio de Neonatología del Hospital Universitario cuyos objetivos fueron: • Determinar la frecuencia en que se ha presentado el síndrome de dificultad respiratoria en neonatos en el área de cuidados intensivos del Hospital Universitario, entre 2010-2015. • Determinar los factores de riesgos asociados a los trastornos respiratorios en los recién nacidos en el servicio de Neonatología del Hospital Universitario • Indicar las complicaciones más frecuentes observados en los recién nacidos en el servicio de neonatología del Hospital universitario Y este estudio nos revela que hay un total de 478 casos de dificultad respiratoria en recién nacidos. La tasa de incidencia tiene un descenso de 0.05 % durante el periodo 2010 al 2015 relacionándolo con el año 2010 que representa un 0.0.8%. La tasa de prevalencia representa 0.43% durante el periodo 2010 al 2015 se mantiene un alza no muy marcada con respecto al año 2009 que representa 0.40%es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present investigation was carried out in the neonatology department of the University Hospital, in order to establish the relationship between the type of delivery and its influence on the development of the Respiratory Difficulty Syndrome in Neonates. The relationship between gestational age, weight and sex with Respiratory Difficulty Syndrome; Identify the factors that influence the medical decision on the type of delivery and strengthen the strategies of control of the Respiratory Difficulty Syndrome with institutional and community training processes; Is a quantitative, descriptive, observational and retrospective study; Data collection was done using the maternal - neonatal records and records of the Neonatology Service of the Hospital University whose objectives were • To determine the frequency of respiratory distress syndrome in neonates in the intensive care area of the University Hospital • To determine the risk factors associated with respiratory disorders in newborns at the University Hospital's Neonatal Service • Indicate the most frequent complications observed in newborns in the neonatology department of the University Hospital And this study reveals that there are a total of 478 cases of respiratory distress in newborns. The incidence rate has a decrease of 0.05% during the period 2010 to 2015 relating to the year 2010 which represents 0.0.8%. The prevalence rate represents 0.43% during the period 2010 to 2015 remains a not very marked increase with respect to the year 2009 that represents 0.40%.es_ES
