Diseño de modelo logístico para mejorar tiempo de entrega de ayudas técnicas en Santa Elena

Resumen
El Ministerio de Salud Publica posee el Programa de Atención Integral e Integradora a Personas con Discapacidad Rehabilitación y cuidados en salud, es el encargado de entregar las Ayudas Técnicas a las personas con discapacidad, para este estudio se ha elegido a la provincia de Santa Elena, el objetivo del estudio es diseñar un modelo logístico para disminuir los tiempos de entrega en esta provincia, se expone la aplicación de un modelo de logística integral orientado hacia el tipo de complejidad de las personas con discapacidad disminuya el tiempo de entrega de las mismas.
The Ministry of Public Health has the Program for Comprehensive and Integrative Care for Persons with Disabilities Rehabilitation and Care Health which is responsible for delivering technical aids to people with disabilities, for our study we chose the Zone 5 specifically to the Province Santa Elena, the aim of our study is to design a logistic model to reduce delivery times in the province of Santa Elena. In chapter I will address the theoretical framework in which everything is explained concerning persons with disabilities, assistive devices and integrated logistics. In chapter II the methodological framework, which are research tools used in the work will be explained. In chapter III the results of fieldwork conducted through structured survey will be presented. Then in chapter IV the results obtained in Chapter III will be analyzed objectively. So in Chapter V of the proposal will be discussed titling work, justifying the application of integrated logistics model based on the ABC System products, oriented kind of complexity that resolve, and its turnover rate. To conclude this study the findings and recommendations are presented to the province of Santa Elena by applying a model of integrated logistics-oriented type of complexity of the disabled decrease the time of delivery.
