Resumen
El presente proyecto tiene como objeto proponer el diseño de la II etapa del malecón de Babahoyo, con la finalidad de potenciar al sector céntrico del cantón urbanísticamente y crear espacios espacio público y esparcimiento. Teniendo en consideración el crecimiento económico de Babahoyo en los últimos años., y la implementación el uso de conceptos de ecoturismo y sustentabilidad.
Se plantea el diseño de espacios verdes preservando el medio ambiente y se complementan con espacios de recreación, juegos infantiles, entre otros, este diseño se integrará armónicamente a la etapa del malecón diseñada y construida anteriormente.
Esta etapa del malecón creará espacios de conexión con la naturaleza del lugar respetando y priorizando el uso de la flora existente, evitando en lo posible barreras hacia el estero este será tomado en consideración para el diseño y recreación de los habitantes y turistas.
The purpose of this project is to propose the design of the second stage of the Babahoyo waterfront, with the aim of strengthening the downtown sector of the canton urbanistically and creating spaces for public space and recreation. It is proposed the design of green spaces preserving the environment and are complemented with recreational spaces, playgrounds, among others, this design will be integrated harmoniously to the stage of the boardwalk designed and built previously. This stage of the boardwalk will create spaces of connection with the nature of the place respecting and prioritizing the use of the existing flora, avoiding as much as possible barriers towards the estuary this will be taken into consideration for the design and recreation of the inhabitants and tourists.
