dc.description.abstract	El Acuerdo Bilateral establecido entre Ecuador y Perú representa un instrumento de intermediación que ha permitido una nueva etapa de relaciones basadas en la cooperación entre ambas naciones. Sus lineamientos principales se han enmarcado en propiciar el desarrollo social y económico basado en una mutua convivencia en especial en las zonas fronterizas. De la misma manera, y bajo el marco constitutivo de este acuerdo, se han desarrollado un conjunto de acciones dirigidas a fortalecer el comercio y el turismo, como parte de las relaciones bilaterales fronterizas. No obstante, aunque se ha evolucionado a partir de la firma de estos instrumentos, la realidad muestra un manejo ineficiente de los canales comerciales y turísticos entre ambos países, generando consecuencias negativas que impactan la economía, la cultura y la comunidad, que no han permitido avanzar hacia resultados óptimos que beneficien a la población en general, situación que ha motivado el desarrollo de la presente investigación, la cual está dirigida a determinar el impacto del Acuerdo Bilateral entre Ecuador-Perú en el sector comercial y turístico, durante el periodo 2016-2020, a fin de proponer estrategias que permitan incentivar acciones de desarrollo e integración entre ambos países, describiendo las iniciativas de integración establecidas en dicho acuerdo y examinando las barreras que se han generado en el sector comercial y turístico.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The Bilateral Agreement established between Ecuador and Peru represents an instrument of intermediation that has allowed a new stage of relations based on cooperation between both nations. Its main guidelines have been framed in promoting social and economic development based on a mutual coexistence, especially in the border areas. In the same way, and under the constitutive framework of this agreement, a set of actions have been developed aimed at strengthening trade and tourism, as part of bilateral border relations. However, although it has evolved since the signing of these instruments, reality shows an inefficient management of commercial and tourist channels between both countries, generating negative consequences that impact the economy, culture and community, which have not allowed progress towards optimal results that benefit the population in general, situation that has motivated the development of this research, which is aimed at determining the impact of the Bilateral Agreement between Ecuador- Peru on the commercial and tourism sector, during the period 2016-2020, in order to propose strategies that allow to encourage development and integration actions between both countries, describing the integration initiatives established in said agreement and the barriers that have been generated in the commercial and tourism sector.	es_ES
