dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo el Estudio y Rediseño del espacio interior y exterior del Teatro Centro de Arte León Febres Cordero de Guayaquil, el mismo que presenta múltiples problemáticas como: la falta de funcionalidad en la distribución espacial, carencia de materiales de revestimiento que logren embellecer y ser acogedores en los espacios, falta de diseño en sus áreas de vegetación e iluminación limitada tanto en interior como en exterior. Esto sumado a otras causas alejadas del diseño han conllevado a que el establecimiento antes mencionado se convierta en un lugar de poca concurrencia, originándose desinterés por el arte en los usuarios, provocando el abandono parcial del Teatro. Se tiene la seguridad que el hecho de hacer un proyecto de renovación de espacios va a traer consigo no solo el haber logrado tener un lugar más simpático, sino que exista mucho más movimiento en las distintas actividades que genera el Teatro con esto las personas van a querer venir más y utilizar el espacio y seguramente esta renovación traerá consigo un cambio administrativo con nuevas ideas de markething y formas de llegar a la gente para que realmente se disfrute de este establecimiento. A través de entrevistas, herramientas como: la observación, encuestas y análisis se logre determinar los procesos y técnicas de solución de las problemáticas mencionadas, para poder obtener soluciones que favorezcan a las necesidades manifestadas por las personas encuestadas dentro y fuera del lugar. Dentro del proceso de diseño se plantea para cada una de las áreas, funcionabilidad, confortabilidad y un atractivo estético. Logrando la implementación de un diseño de iluminación que va acorde a cada una de las actividades a desarrollarse; añadiendo zonas a espacios para mejoramiento del orden y desempeño; revistiendo sus paredes internas con colores, materiales y acabados que denotan elegancia, armonía y confort.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present investigative work aims to Study and Redesing the interior and exterior space of the León Febrés Cordero Art Center Theater in Guayaquil, which presentes multiple problems such as. the lack of funcionality in the spatial distribution, renovation of cladding materiales, beautification in the spaces, lack of desing in its vegetation areas and limited lighting both indoors and outdoors. This, added to other causes dar from seding, have led to the aforementioned establishment becoming a place of little attendance, originating sisinterest in art in users, causing the partial abandonnent of the Theater. It is certain that the fact of doing a project to renovate spaces will bring with it not only having managed to have a more pleasant place, But there is much more movement in the different activities generated by the Theater with this people will want to come more and use the space and surely this renovation will bring with it an administrative change with new marketing ideas and ways of reaching people so that you really enjoy this establishment. Through interviews, tools such as: observation, surveys and analysis, it is possible to determine the processes and techniques for solving the problems mentioned, in order to obtain solutions that favor the needs expressed by the people surveyed inside and outside the place. Within the design process, functionality, comfort and aesthetic appeal are considered for each of the areas.
