dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación permite corroborar cómo las condiciones de habitabilidad de la comuna Olón se ven comprometidas como consecuencia de la falta de equipamiento urbano y un sistema económico productivo insostenible dependiente de un modelo de turismo convencional, razón por la que se plantea el diseño de un complejo agroturístico de carácter sustentable como respuesta a esta problemática a fin de diversificar la oferta turística y mitigar la falta de espacios de concentración, potenciando la economía local y promoviendo el desarrollo de actividades de esparcimiento en armonía con el medio natural.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis research work allows us to corroborate how the living conditions of the Olón commune are compromised as a consequence of the lack of urban equipment and an unsustainable productive economic system dependent on a conventional tourism model, which is why the design of a sustainable agrotourism complex is proposed as a response to this problem in order to diversify the tourist offer and mitigate the lack of concentration spaces, boosting the local economy and promoting the development of recreational activities in harmony with the natural environment.es_ES
