Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como propósito analizar el sistema logístico de la empresa Ariegra S.A. dedicada a la actividad de exportación de mango y se encuentra ubicada en la provincia del Guayas Km 34 vía a la Costa, con cuatro años en el mercado internacional brindando la mejor calidad y confiabilidad del producto. La empresa Ariegra S.A exporta a diferentes países específicamente España. Posee una hacienda de mangos con tres tipos de variedades como el tommy, ataulfo, y el kent. Mediante métodos de investigación y su respectivo análisis se pudo determinar que la empresa posee un problema que radica desde la recolección del fruto especialmente en el corte y los instrumentos que utiliza los agricultores para realizar el proceso provocando falencias que inciden en el proceso de exportación del fruto como son el área de abastecimiento, producción y distribución, debido a eso existen retrasos en la entrega del producto al cliente y se propone la implementación del método Kaizen y como valor agregado el Score con la finalidad de disminuir las falencias y mejorar los procesos logísticos mediante estrategias de mejoramiento continuo. Además según la investigación se logró determinar la efectividad del método Kaizen y una herramienta mecánica para mejorar el rendimiento en los procesos logístico de la empresa
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the logistics system of the company Ariegra S.A. dedicated to the export activity of mango and is located in the province of Guayas Km 34 via the coast, with four years in the international market providing the best quality and reliability of the product. The company Ariegra S.A exports to different countries specifically Spain. It owns a mango hacienda with three types of varieties like the tommy, ataulfo, and the kent. By means of research methods and their respective analysis it was possible to determine that the company has a problem that lies from the harvesting of the fruit especially in the cut and the instruments used by the farmers to carry out the process causing failures that affect the export process of the fruit such as the area of supply, production and distribution, due to that there are delays in the delivery of the product to the customer and proposes the implementation of the Kaizen method and added value Score with the purpose of reducing failures and improve logistics processes through strategies for continuous improvement. According to the research, the effectiveness of the Kaizen method and a mechanical tool to improve the performance of the company's logistics processes were determined.
