dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de Titulación fue llevado a cabo en el Hospital “León Becerra” de la ciudad de Guayaquil, el cual tenía como finalidad poder exponer una descripción detallada de la presencia del estrés y sus alcances dentro del entorno de las familias del personal auxiliar que labora en el hospital. El desarrollo de este trabajo se efectuó realizando talleres con temas de interés para la población a estudiar, comprendido desde noviembre del 2018 hasta febrero del 2019. La metodología utilizada fue la sistematización de experiencias la cual posee carácter cualitativo. También se aplicaron instrumentos a 16 participantes, los cuales permitieron evaluar las afectaciones del estrés en el contexto familiar. De acuerdo a la reflexión crítica se concluyó que no existía una cultura de prevención y manejo de los posibles efectos sobre la salud mental generados a partir de las actividades de los colaboradores de la institución y que el estrés llegó a repercutir en aspectos comunicacionales, funcionales y emocional a nivel familiar. El aporte de esta sistematización fue el hecho de resaltar la necesidad de desarrollar espacios y propuestas que permitan el goce de una buena salud mental, implementando estrategias para un mejor control del estrés para los colaboradores que se encuentran expuestos a una carga de estrés elevada	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The present investigation was carried out in the Hospital "Leon Becerra" of the city of Guayaquil, which had as purpose to be able to expose a detailed description of the presence of the stress and its scopes within the surroundings of the families of the auxiliary personnel that he works in the hospital. The development of this work was carried out conducting workshops with topics of interest for the population to be studied, from November 2018 to February 2019. The methodology used was the systematization of experiences which has a qualitative character. Instruments were also applied to 16 participants, which allowed assessing the effects of stress in the family context. According to the critical reflection it is concluded that there was no culture of prevention and management of the possible effects on mental health generated from the activities of the collaborators of the institution and that the stress came to affect communication, functional and emotional at the family level. The contribution of this systematization was the fact of highlighting the need to develop spaces and proposals that allow the enjoyment of good mental health, implementing strategies for better stress control for employees who are exposed to a high stress load	es_ES
