dc.description.abstractLa comercialización de una leche natural a base de alpiste, cuya semilla es de tipo cereal muy conocida como alimentos para aves, cambiará los mitos sobre esta especie de planta, ya que esta leche se enfocará en ayudar a personas a cambiar su estilo de vida y mantener una alimentación saludable. Con esta bebida natural se podrá reducir el nivel de problemas intestinales, grasa, colesterol alto, bajar de peso, entre otros beneficios que se detallarán a medida que se observe el trabajo. A pesar de que, el alpiste no es un recurso explotado por ser considerado alimento para aves, se pretende que el presente proyecto sea una alternativa para considerar la producción innovadora de este producto en un medio distinto. Es por ello, en la presente investigación se procedió a describir en el marco teórico los conceptos más importantes y relevantes relacionados al emprendimiento en el Ecuador y a investigaciones realizadas en distintos países sobre dicho tema. Por otro lado, el método de investigación utilizado fue el de campo, considerando a la PEA como población para realizar las 400 encuestas que fueron parte de la muestra a las que se le aplicó la fórmula de aleatoria simple, los resultados obtenidos para el análisis fueron tomados mediante la apreciación de las personas de manera favorable con respecto al posible consumo de la leche de alpiste. Y por último, se detalla la propuesta del plan de negocio desde el punto de vista del marketing mix, plan administrativo y financiero reflejando la viabilidad del proyectoes_ES
dc.description.abstractThe commercialization of a natural milk based on birdseed, whose seed is cereal type well known as food for birds, will change the myths on this species of plant, since this milk is focused on helping people to change their lifestyle and to maintain a healthy diet, with this natural drink you can reduce the level of intestinal problems, fat, high cholesterol, lose weight, among other benefits that will be detailed as you observe the project. Although, Canaryseed isn’t an exploited resource, because it’s considered food for birds, the intention is that the present project is an alternative to consider the innovative production of this product in a different environment. It’s for this reason, in the present investigation we proceeded to describe in the theoretical framework the most important and relevant concepts related to entrepreneurship in Ecuador and instigations made in different countries on the subject. On the other hand, the research method used was the field, considering the PEA as the population to perform the 400 surveys that were part of the sample to which the simple random formula was applied; the results obtained for the analysis were made through the favorable appreciation of the people with respect to the possible consumption of canary seed milk. Finally, the proposal of the business plan is detailed from the point of view of marketing mix, administrative and financial plan, reflecting the viability of the projectes_ES
