Resumen
A través de la investigación de campo realizada en la Unidad Educativa
Réplica “Vicente Rocafuerte” se evidenció que los estudiantes de Primero
pre Bachillerato Internacional de Emprendimiento y Gestión no poseen
mayores conocimientos y por ende un buen rendimiento académico en la
asignatura sigue siendo esta la que da los lineamientos a seguir en la
creación de realizar la microempresa, sin embargo los estudiantes no
demuestran mayor interés en la asignatura debido que los docentes
encargados de impartirla aplican métodos tradicional-conductistas lo cual
no propicia para que los estudiantes lo apliquen en su vida cotidiana, y así
concientizar en ellos de que si bien es cierto el título de bachiller les sirve
para poder desarrollarse en la vida, existe otra forma de poder hacerlo
antes de tan anhelado título, y es el crear una microempresa que les ayude
a mejorar su calidad de vida y su entorno social por el bienestar de ellos.
Es viable porque la población está de acuerdo conjuntamente con los
directivos del plantel y los estudiantes para llevar a cabo y ejecutar este
proyecto, de tal manera que se tomarán nuevas medidas de mejoramiento
en la institución de temas relacionados a emprendimiento y gestión
específicamente para desarrollar planes de negocios y de parte de los
docentes darles motivación a los jóvenes para que puedan desarrollar una
microempresa de una manera correcta siguiendo los lineamientos
correspondientes y cumpliendo con todo los tramites de ley para instalar
una microempresa y así no tener ningún inconveniente al momento de
ejecutarlo y poder lograr el éxito en el negocio establecido.

It is feasible because the population agrees with the campus managers and the students to carry out and execute this project, in a way that will take new measures of improvement in the institution of subjects related to entrepreneurship and management specifically to develop plans Business and teachers to motivate young people to develop a micro-enterprise in a correct manner following the guidelines and complying with all legal procedures to install a microenterprise and thus have no problem at the time of implementation and Be able to achieve success in the established business.
