Resumen
En la investigación realizada se especifica el problema de la
recuperación pedagógica medida por el uso de los recursos
didácticos en el aula, de tal forma que estos deben de ser aplicados a
través de los conocimientos del docente que usa estrategias y
métodos que no son adecuados para el manejo y el logro de las
destrezas y objetivos esperados en el área de lengua y literatura de
los estudiantes del segundo ciclo de la Escuela de Educación Básica
Río Marañón de la zona 8. El objetivo se logró concretar por medio de
la metodología de tipo descriptiva con la aplicación de encuestas a
docentes y representantes legales en sentido de comprender como se
originó el problema, del cual se da entender que fue por la influencia
del manejo de los recursos didácticos en la calidad de la
recuperación pedagógica de los estudiantes de correspondientes al
segundo nivel en el área de lengua y literatura, es muy alta por lo que
se ayuda con el uso de una metodología constructivista con el uso de
técnicas lúdicas aplicadas con los recursos del entorno. En tal motivo
el beneficiado es el estudiante que obtuvo mejorías en la
implementación de una guía para docentes con enfoque en el
desarrollo de la recuperación pedagógica. Así de esta forma el
docente mejoro la calidad de enseñanza que tenía hasta el momento
en la escuela por disposición de la administración que no daba cabida
a aumentos de recursos para la capacitación y entrega de nuevos
recursos
The research carried out specifies the problem of pedagogical recovery measured by the use of teaching resources in the classroom, so that these must be applied through the knowledge of the teacher using strategies and methods that are not suitable for Management and achievement of the skills and objectives expected in the area of language and literature of the students of the second cycle of the Rio Marañón Basic School of Education in zone 8. The objective was achieved by means of descriptive methodology With the application of surveys to teachers and legal representatives in order to understand how the problem originated, from which it is understood that it was due to the influence of the management of the didactic resources on the quality of the pedagogical recovery of the students corresponding to the second Level in the area of language and literature, is very high so it is helped by the use of a constructivist methodology with the use of ludic techniques applied with the resources of the environment. In this case the beneficiary is the student who obtained improvements in the implementation of a guide for teachers with a focus on the development of pedagogical recovery. Thus, in this way, the teacher improved the quality of teaching he had so far in school because of the administration's disposition that did not allow for increases in resources for training and delivery of new resources.
