Resumen
En el presente trabajo de titulación se muestra los aspectos sociales y demográficos de la Cooperativa Voluntad de Dios del sector de Monte Sinahí de la ciudad de Guayaquil. Información acerca de las características en cuanto a su desarrollo, crecimiento poblacional, convivencia e integración social, espacios y servicios, el modelo urbano actual y los problemas ante la falta de planificación del territorio. El análisis se enfocó en el uso del espacio físico, las dificultades y necesidades ante la falta de servicios y espacios de usos multiples. El proyecto tuvo como finalidad plantear estrategias urbanas que permitan a la comunidad, desarrollarse en espacios de valor cultural, recuperación del medioambiente, mejorando la imagen urbana e incorporando nuevas actividades que permitan potencializar el sector de manera integra.
In the present work of titulación shows the social and demographic aspects of the Cooperativa Voluntad de Dios of the sector of Monte Sinahí of the city of Guayaquil. Information about the characteristics in terms of its development, population growth, coexistence and social integration, spaces and services, the current urban model and problems in the absence of planning of the territory. Variables that show the reality marked by the poverty of the habitat and shortage of services in which the informal human settlements of the city of Guayaquil are identified, due to the lack of planning and control, due to the population increase of the last decades to the present. The analysis focused on the experiences of the inhabitants, the use of physical space, the difficulties and needs before services and spaces of quality. The purpose of the project was to propose urban strategies that allow the community of the sector to develop in spaces of cultural value, recovery of the environment, improving the urban image and incorporating new activities that allow the sector to be strengthened in an integral manner.
