Resumen
En la siguiente investigación se propone un Plan de Gestión de desechos en Planta de
Procesamiento y Producción de Harina de Pescado y Camarón, objetivamente a los desechos
sólidos generados, en efecto se reconoce que las industrias en todos los procesos que ejecutan
respecto al procesamiento y producción de un servicio o producto al ingresar materia prima
como resultado conllevan a la generación de uno o varios desechos al final o durante el proceso,
en relación a ello es necesario llevar un eficiente sistema con el objetivo de evitar o disminuir
los impactos ambientales negativos que tienen los desechos sólidos a efecto de sus procesos,
para lograr estas metas el presente trabajo sostiene objetivos que encaminaran a la correcta
gestión, en torno a las fases de investigación los resultados estarán basados en reconocer las área
de generación de desechos dentro de la planta mediante visitas in situ realizando la
cuantificación de los desechos generados utilizando método de pesaje diario y recolectando
datos encontrados en los diferentes registros, de la metodología en segundo lugar se determinó
el grado de conocimiento que posee el personal acerca del manejo de los desechos para esto se
realizaron encuestas. Finalmente, se propone estructurar un plan de gestión de desechos, no
obstante, antes se realiza una estimación de cómo es el actual proceso del manejo de los desechos
y de acuerdo a ello plantear el nuevo plan y respectivos programas a seguir.
In the following research a Waste Management Plan is proposed in the Fish and Shrimp Flour Processing and Production Plant, objectively to the generated solid waste, in fact it is recognized that the industries in all the processes that they execute with respect to the processing and production of a service or product to enter raw material as a result lead to the generation of one or several wastes at the end or during the process, in relation to it is necessary to carry an efficient system with the aim of avoiding or diminishing the negative environmental impacts that have solid waste to effect their processes, to achieve these goals this work supports objectives that will guide the proper management, around the research phases the results will be based on recognizing the area of waste generation within the plant through visits in situ performing the quantification of waste generated using the method of daily weighing and collecting data found in the different registers, following the sequence of the methodology in second place, the degree of knowledge that the staff possesses about waste management was determined. For this, surveys were carried out. Finally, it is proposed to structure a waste management plan, however, before an estimate is made of what the current process of waste management is like and according to that, the new plan and respective programs to be followed.
