Análisis de los procesos administrativos con propuesta a establecer un modelo de organización integral de la Empresa de Calzado KAREANN.

Resumen
El principal objetivo del proyecto es lograr el equilibrio de crecimiento en
todas las áreas de desenvolvimiento industrial; para lo cual se analizaron los
procesos administrativos y se elaboró una propuesta de modelo organizacional de
KAREANN; mediante la implementación de un software 4D, que permite
interactuar las áreas: de producción, ventas, administración y finanzas; con sus
respectivos soportes de gestión, control y evaluación, en las áreas departamentales
requeridas, para el buen desempeño gerencial y optimización de los recursos. La
metodología utilizada para el análisis del problema son: FODA, Técnicas de
Porter, Diagrama de Ishikawa, Diagrama de Pareto, entre otras. Luego de
analizadas las alternativas de solución de problemas se llegó a considerar que el
deficiente sistema administrativo podría ser superado con una solución parcial de
bajo costo a corto plazo, con la aplicación de un software integrado,
implementado con soportes de apoyo por una empresa asesora; a fin de recuperar
la productividad, un adecuado ambiente de trabajo en su nuevo crecimiento
industrial. Los cambios involucran: la adquisición de un software integrado con
aplicaciones gerenciales, con sus respectivos subsistemas y diseños: de
formularios para el control de la producción, control de costos y presupuesto,
documentos para la planificación del mantenimiento preventivo y aplicación del
sistema de inventario utilizando el software; lo cual permite conseguir un Período
de Recuperación de la Inversión que se ubica en 17,59 meses; la Tasa Interna de
Retorno en 86,94% y el VAN se llega a determinar en $387.734,13 Se
recomienda una capacitación e inventarios físicos periódicos, así como también, la
aplicación de un modelo de comportamiento organizacional como Círculos de
Calidad para permitir que el personal contribuya con sus ideas en el plan de
mejora y eficiencia trazadas.
