Análisis de la inversión pública en el cantón Guaranda, provincia de Bolívar y su efecto en las condiciones de vida, período 2014-2017

Resumen
El objetivo de la realización de este trabajo investigativo es analizar el comportamiento de la inversión pública efectuada tanto por el Gobierno central como los Gobiernos Autónomos Descentralizados provincial y municipal en el cantón Guaranda, provincia de Bolívar, y como esta ha influido en las condiciones de vida de los habitantes, en el periodo que comprende de 2014-2017. Este trabajo investigativo es de tipo descriptivo con el enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, recopilando información estadística de diferentes fuentes como la del INEC (Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censos), las Encuestas Nacional de Empleo, Desempleo y Subempleo (ENEMDU) que esta institución realiza; información proporcionada por los diferentes Ministerios del Ecuador que sirvieron para realizar los análisis de las diferentes variables relacionadas con el tema de investigación. Los resultados obtenidos indican que las obras públicas realizadas por los diferentes organismos, con la creación de infraestructura productiva y dotación de servicios básicos han repercutido en mejorar las condiciones de vida de las familias de zonas urbanas y rurales con la mayor cobertura y alcance de este tipo de obras en zonas que anteriormente no contaban con tales beneficios
The objective of conducting this research work is to analyze the behavior of public investment made by both the central government and the provincial and municipal Autonomous Decentralized Governments in the canton of Guaranda, province of Bolívar, and how it has influenced living conditions of the inhabitants, in the period comprising 2014-2017. This research work is descriptive with the qualitative and quantitative approach, collecting statistical information from different sources such as the INEC (National Institute of Statistics and Census), the National Survey of Employment, Unemployment and Underemployment (ENEMDU) that this institution performs; information provided by the different Ministries of Ecuador that served to perform the analysis of the different variables related to the research topic. The results obtained indicate that the public works carried out by the different organizations, with the creation of productive infrastructure and provision of basic services have had an impact on improving the living conditions of families in urban and rural areas with the greatest coverage and scope of this type of works in areas that previously did not have such benefits
