Resumen
Este proyecto de investigación, es ejecutado con el objetivo de reconocer si en el nuevo ordenamiento jurídico implementado a raíz de la emergencia sanitaria, cumple o no con los parámetros constituidos en la Carta Magna que rige al Ecuador. Pues, uno de los principios que guían a la elaboración de nuevas normas, es el principio de estabilidad; precepto que podría verse afectado con el desarrollo de dicha normativa; y, que a su vez estaría vulnerando los derechos de la clase trabajadora. Por lo tanto, surge la necesidad de acotar al entendimiento de esta problemática y a través de este proyecto, buscaremos la posible solución para evitar que sigan subsistiendo incongruencias entre lo establecido en nuestra norma suprema y el resto de ordenamientos jurídicos
This research project is carried out with the objective of recognizing whether or not the new legal system implemented as a result of the sanitary emergency complies with the parameters established in the Magna Carta that governs Ecuador. One of the principles that guide the development of new regulations is the principle of stability; a precept that could be affected by the development of such regulations, which in turn would be violating the rights of the working class. Therefore, the need arises to narrow down the understanding of this problem and through this project, we will look for a possible solution to avoid that inconsistencies continue to exist between what is established in our supreme law and the rest of the legal systems.
