Resumen
El presente trabajo investigativo tiene un propósito muy interesante
y educativo, como es el deseo que existan escalas de evaluación por
competencias basadas en criterios de desempeños, proponiendo
indicadores que faciliten al docente expresar su juicio de valor a las
diferentes actividades realizadas dentro y fuera del aula de clases.
Para la realización de esta investigación se aplicaron las técnicas de
la entrevista a las autoridades del plantel, y encuestas a una
muestra de los estudiantes y del personal docente de la institución.
Se utilizaron instrumentos como el cuestionario conformado de
preguntas abiertas, cerradas y de opción múltiple; además se utilizó
un formulario especial para entrevistar a las autoridades previamente
anticipadas. Este proyecto va ha ser de mucha utilidad tanto para
los docentes del área de comercio, así como también para los que
imparten otra asignatura, por consiguiente los más beneficiados
serán los estudiantes, pues, es por ellos que cada día estamos en
constante investigación. Cabe recalcar que el tema propuesto es de
suma importancia al momento de requerir pautas o guías para poder
evaluar a los estudiantes a través de desempeños, los cuales se
manifiestan en los tres aspectos como son: cognitivo, procedimental
y actitudinal, sin dejar de tomar en consideración el saber compartir,
convivir, inventar, producir a través de sus intereses y capacidades.
El tema propuesto quiere dar cuenta del tipo de persona que
deseamos formar, y el modelo de convivencia en las que estamos
comprometidos tanto los docentes como los estudiantes. Por lo
tanto este tema será el referente que servirá para la selección de los
contenidos, procesos, las estrategias y por supuesto la evaluación.
The present investigative work has a very interesting and educational purpose, like it is the desire that evaluation scales exist for competitions based on approaches of actings, proposing indicators that facilitate to the educational one to express its trial of value to the different activities carried out inside and outside of the classroom of classes. For the realization of this investigation the techniques were applied from the interview to the authorities of the facility, and the survey to a sample of the students and of the educational personnel of the institution. Instruments like the conformed questionnaire of open, closed questions were used and of multiple option; a special form was also used to interview to the previously premature authorities. This project goes it is necessary to be so much of a lot of utility for the educational of the trade area, as well as for those that impart another subject, consequently those more beneficiaries will be the students, because, it is for them that every day is in constant investigation. It is necessary to emphasize that the proposed topic is from supreme importance to the moment to require rules or guides to be able to evaluate the students through actings, which are manifested in the three aspects like they are: cognitive, procedural and actitudinal, without stopping to take in consideration the knowledge to share, to cohabit, to invent, to take place through their interests and capacities. The proposed topic wants to give bill of the person type that we want to form, and the pattern of coexistence in those that we are committed as much the educational ones as the students. Therefore this topic will be the relating one that will be good for the selection of the contents, processes, the strategies and of course the evaluation. It is an element polarized of all the efforts.
