Resumen
Este proyecto de investigación se basa en el Diseño de un sistema de capacitación docente por competencias utilizando las TICS en la Escuela Fiscal Mixta Nº 1 Francisco Iñiguez Castro, lo cual ayudará a los maestros a mejorar su enseñanza. La investigación se inició con la observación, que ayudó a conocer las necesidades de la institución educativa. La metodología se apoyó en la investigación de campo de carácter descriptivo este proyecto se desarrolló con una muestra de 20 Profesores, 20 estudiantes y 1 Directivo que son la base de datos de nuestra investigación, a quienes se les aplicó los instrumentos de la investigación como son las encuestas y entrevista. El análisis de los resultados comprende los datos finales de las encuestas y entrevistas, que habiendo sido tabulados y analizados, están resumidos en cuadros y gráficos estadísticos que muestran el porcentaje obtenido, para formular las conclusiones y recomendaciones. La propuesta consiste en diseñar un sistema de capacitación docente por competencias y constituye un cambio educativo acorde a los adelantos tecnológicos. La misión es utilizar los medios tecnológicos. La visión del proyecto es mejorar la calidad educativa incorporándose a la era tecnológica
This investigation project is based on the Design of a system of educational training by competitions using the TICS in the School Fiscal Mixed Nº 1 Francisco Iñiguez Castro, that which helped the teachers to improve its teaching. The investigation began with the observation that he/she helped to know the necessities of the educational institution. The methodology leaned on in the investigation of field of descriptive character this project it was developed with a sample of 20 Professors, 20 students and 1 Directive that are the database of our investigation to who you/they were applied the instruments of the investigation like they are the surveys and interview. The analysis of the results understands the final data of the surveys and interviews that having been tabulated and analyzed, they are summarized in squares and statistical graphics that show the obtained percentage, to formulate the summations and recommendations. The project constitutes a change educational chord to the technological advances, it is had the necessary team to carry out it in an effective way saving time, space and money. The mission is to use the technological means. The vision of the project is to improve the educational quality incorporating to the technological era
