Resumen
La investigación emerge como una necesidad de florecer y dar color a la vida
docente en las aulas universitarias, en los actuales momentos los temas de
debate que se presentan en la palestra social son los de los conatos de escases
de valores en los sujetos, así también, es menester dar a conocer que existen
docentes universitarios que los valores se encuentran impregnados a flor de piel.
El objetivo del estudio fue comprender los relatos biográficos de Máster Maricela
María Daza Vélez, docente de la Universidad de Guayaquil, sus narrativas vitales
y profesionales en relación con el vínculo existente entre el amor y el respeto en
la práctica docente universitaria. La metodología utilizada fue de corte cualitativa
e interpretativa, exploratoria e inédita con énfasis en las narrativas biográficas y
autobiográficas, se trabajaron técnicas de la encuesta, entrevista e interpretación
hermenéutica con sus respectivos instrumentos de recogida de información. Los
resultados obtenidos nos permiten recobrar la esperanza de que el amor y el
respeto se encuentran como un abono que fecunda la tierra, de la universidad
de Guayaquil, estos relatos de vida resignifican el rol del docente en la
construcción de la persona, que se forma para ser un buen profesional.
The research emerges as a need to flourish and give color to teaching life in university classrooms, at the present time the topics of debate that are presented in the social arena are those of the near misses of values in the subjects, as well as, it is necessary to make known that there are university teachers whose values are permeated to the surface. The objective of the study was to understand the biographical accounts of Master Maricela Maria Daza Velez, professor at the University of Guayaquil, her vital and professional narratives in relation to the link between love and respect in university teaching practice. The methodology used was qualitative and interpretative, exploratory and unpublished with an emphasis on biographical and autobiographical narratives, survey, interview and hermeneutic interpretation techniques were worked on with their respective information collection instruments. The results obtained allow us to recover the hope that love and respect are found as a fertilizer that fertilizes the earth, from the University of Guayaquil, these life stories resignify the role of the teacher in the construction of the person, which is formed to be a good professional.
