Resumen
Este proyecto tiene como fin el dar a conocer a la comunidad universitaria la importancia de fomentar la educación mediante el Streaming TV Online, la universidad actualmente carece de estos recursos didácticos ya que no se ha expandido completamente hacia el ámbito investigativo y no impulsan a fomentar la investigación y no permite dar a conocer los resultados, opiniones y logros obtenidos de la comunidad universitaria en el ámbito de la investigación, por estos motivos se utilizaron la modalidad mixta, los tipos de investigación fueron bibliográfica y descriptiva, los métodos de investigación fueron el análisis síntesis y deductivo y la técnica de investigación fue la encuesta, se concluyó que la investigación realizada muestra la falta de recursos didácticos para fomentar la investigación tales como un sistema streaming, se recomienda que se explore más estas herramientas tecnológicas que permiten y facilitan el conocimiento para una correcta investigación.
