Influencia del visual thinking en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de octavo EGB de la Unidad Educativa Francisco Huerta Rendón.

Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con la finalidad de incentivar el uso de Visual Thinking en los estudiantes de Octavo EGB de la Unidad Educativa Francisco Huerta Rendón en la asignatura de Ciencias Naturales, debido a que se pudo comprobar que la institución educativa no utiliza las técnicas de este pensamiento para la enseñanza de dicha asignatura. El diseño de la investigación es de campo, descriptiva y bibliográfica, con enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo. Se aplicó entrevista a la autoridad de la institución educativa, así como encuestas a los docentes y estudiantes de Octavo A vespertino de la Unidad Educativa “Francisco Huerta Rendón”, durante el periodo 2022 – 2023. Los resultados evidenciaron que es poco el uso que le dan a las técnicas y herramientas del Visual Thinking tanto en docentes como estudiantes. Se sugiere que la historieta digital obtenga un uso de carácter educativo para obtener nuevos conocimientos y mejorar el bajo rendimiento académico en la asignatura de Ciencias Naturales.
The present research work was carried out with the purpose of encouraging the use of Visual Thinking in the Eighth EGB students of the Francisco Huerta Rendón Educational Unit in the subject of Natural Sciences, due to the fact that it was verified that the educational institution does not use the techniques of this thought for teaching this subject. The design of the research is field, descriptive and bibliographic, with a qualitative and quantitative approach. An interview was applied to the authority of the educational institution, as well as surveys to the teachers and students of Eighth A evening of the "Francisco Huerta Rendón" Educational Unit, during the period 2022 - 2023. The results showed that little use is made of it. They give the techniques and tools of Visual Thinking to both teachers and students. It is suggested that the digital cartoon obtain an educational use to obtain new knowledge and improve the low academic performance in the subject of Natural Sciences.
