Sistema de ingreso de visitantes desarrollado en Python para el control de acceso al complejo Turístico “Telésforo Villacrés Laínez” ubicado en la provincia de Santa Elena.

Resumen
En la comuna Baños Termales de San Vicente, actualmente la población de habitantes se encuentra en crecimiento, ocasionando que más personas puedan acceder al complejo turístico sin cancelar por su ingreso, identificándose con una credencial otorgada por la comuna, lo que dificulta a la parte administrativa tener un mejor control del respectivo acceso en caso de pérdida del documento de identificación de los habitantes nuevos o la demora en entregar determinados certificados. Ante esta situación se plantea el desarrollo de un sistema web y escritorio para el control de acceso al complejo turístico desarrollado en Python, aplicando el uso del reconocimiento facial para los habitantes pertenecientes al lugar, a su vez para el respectivo acceso de los turistas se plantea la generación de Tickets con códigos QR, los mismos que son analizados mediante una aplicación de escritorio implementado la librería Opencv para el respectivo análisis de las imágenes, para las aplicaciones de escritorio cabe recalcar la utilización de cámaras para su respectivo funcionamiento. El sitio web y las aplicaciones de escritorio serán útiles para la parte administrativa, permitiendo así tener un mejor control de acceso de los habitantes y turistas recibidos de manera eficiente en el complejo turístico.
In the commune Baños Termales de San Vicente, currently the population of inhabitants is growing, causing that more people can access the tourist complex without paying for their entry, identifying themselves with a credential issued by the commune, which makes it difficult for the administrative part to have a better control of the respective access in case of loss of the identification document of the new inhabitants or the delay in delivering certain certificates. Given this situation, the development of a web and desktop system for access control to the tourist complex developed in Python is proposed, applying the use of facial recognition for the inhabitants belonging to the place, in turn for the respective access of tourists is proposed the generation of tickets with QR codes, the same that are analyzed by a desktop application implemented the Opencv library for the respective analysis of the images, for desktop applications include the use of cameras for their respective operation.
