Análisis de los factores que inciden en la producción de leche en la provincia de Pichincha, periodo 2016 - 2021

Resumen
Para la presente investigación, analizó el sector productivo de la leche en la provincia de Pichincha, por lo que se planteó como objetivo principal determinar los factores que limitan el desarrollo de la industria lechera en la provincia de Pichincha durante el periodo 2016 – 2021, información que fue tomada del Banco Central del Ecuador, Ministerio de Agricultura Ganadería, y otras instituciones para visualizar la evolución del sector, en contraste con la información obtenida de encuestas y entrevistas para identificar los factores involucrados en la producción. Además, se empleó el enfoque mixto para analizar la parte conceptual y contextual que corresponde a lo cualitativo, y para datos estadísticos por la parte cuantitativa. Finalmente, se obtuvo como conclusión que este sector productivo requiere de una mayor tecnificación tecnológica y asesoramiento para potencializar la producción de leche en la provincia.
For the present investigation, the productive dairy sector (milk) in the province of Pichincha was analyzed. Therefore, the main objective was to determine the factors that limit the development of the dairy industry in the province of Pichincha during the period 2016 - 2021, information that was taken from the Central Bank of Ecuador, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, others to visualize the evolution of the sector; in contrast to the information obtained from surveys and interviews to identify the factors involved in production. In addition, the mixed approach was used to analyze the conceptual and contextual part that corresponds to the qualitative, and for statistical data for the quantitative part. Finally, it was found that this productive sector requires greater technological modernization, and it is advised to enhance milk production in the province.
