| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realizó en el colegio fiscal “Francisco Huerta Rendón” con el propósito de estudiar la importancia de los programas educativos dentro del plantel, considerando que sirven y son de gran ayuda para obtener un mejor desempeño académico. Teniendo en cuenta que los programas educativos brindan a los estudiantes procesos de enseñanza donde podrán desarrollar su potencial, ser creativos y reflexivos dentro del aula como fuera de la misma. Se realizaron investigaciones bibliográficas y de campo y utilizamos dicha información basada en las respuestas de los docentes, estudiantes y rector de la institución para lograr medir y analizar el nivel de conocimiento de los estudiantes. Los resultados indicaron la falta de conocimiento de programas educativos por lo que se procedió a la creación de una guía interactiva basada en unas habilidades cognitivas para que los estudiantes logren tener un mejor desempeño académico para su desarrollo personal y profesional, considerando la participación del docente para motivar al estudiante.The present investigation was carried out in the fiscal college "Francisco Huerta Rendón" in order to study the importance of educational programs within the campus, considering that they serve and are of great help to obtain a better academic performance. Bearing in mind that educational programs provide students with teaching processes where they can develop their potential, be creative and reflective within the classroom as well as outside of it. Bibliographic and field investigations were carried out and we used this information based on the responses of teachers, students and the rector of the institution to measure and analyze the level of knowledge of the students. The results indicated the lack of knowledge of educational programs, so an interactive guide was created based on cognitive skills so that students achieve better academic performance for their personal and professional development, considering the participation of the teacher to motivate the student. | es_ES |
