Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como propósito diseñar una guía didáctica para
fortalecer el aprendizaje como aprendizaje significativo del desempeño académico en
la asignatura de Gestión del Emprendimiento. El ¿Cómo incide la gestión del
emprendimientos en el aprendizaje significativo del desempeño académicos de los
estudiantes para la Unidad Educativa Francisco Huerta Rendón de la Universidad de
Guayaquil, año 2018-2019, el Objetivo general Determinar la gestión del
emprendimiento en el aprendizaje significativo del desempeño académico de los
estudiantes, a través de una investigación exploratoria de la Unidad Educativa
Francisco Huerta Rendón, para diseñar una guía de didáctica en el área de
emprendimiento y gestión., el marco teórico que se ha sustentado constan de
diferentes temas como Gestión del emprendimiento escolar y cultura institucional,
teórico de David Ausubel en el procesos del aprendizaje, aprendizajes significativos,
teoría cognitiva, líder educativo, metodología de la enseñanza, entre otros, la
metodología que se aplica es de total diversión para las personas involucradas en esta
investigación de la Unidad Educativa, se realizó encuestas a los docentes, y entrevista
al rector para determinar el tipo de estrategias que se está utilizando en la unidad
educativa con el objetivo de implementar una guía didáctica, de igual manera se
trabajó sobre una muestra de 95 estudiantes se aplicó otra encuesta para conocer el
nivel de desarrollo en el aprendizaje, se realizó el procesamiento de los datos con la
hoja de cálculo Excel. Los resultados de la investigación presentan un bajo desarrollo
en el aprendizaje significativo, igualmente se muestran la aceptación por parte de la
autoridad y docentes en la aplicación de una guía didáctica para optimizar los procesos
de enseñanza y favorecer el aprendizaje significativo de los estudiantes de esta unidad
educativa
The purpose of this research is to design a didactic guide to strengthen learning as a significant learning of academic performance in the subject of Entrepreneurship Management. How does the management of entrepreneurship in the significant learning of academic performance of students for the Francisco Huerta Rendón Educational Unit of the University of Guayaquil, 2018-2019, the overall objective Determine the management of entrepreneurship in meaningful learning performance academic of the students, through an exploratory investigation of the Educational Unit Francisco Huerta Rendón, to design a didactic guide in the area of entrepreneurship and management., The theoretical framework that has been supported consist of different topics such as School Entrepreneurship Management and institutional culture, theory of David Ausubel in the learning process, significant learning, cognitive theory, educational leader, teaching methodology, among others, the methodology applied is fun for the people involved in this investigation of the Unit Educational, surveys were conducted teachers, and interview with the principal to determine the type of strategies that are being used in the educational unit with the aim of implementing a didactic guide, in the same way we worked on a sample of 95 students, another survey was applied to know the level of development in learning, the data was processed with the Excel spreadsheet. The results of the research show a low development in meaningful learning, also show the acceptance by the authority and teachers in the application of a didactic guide to optimize the teaching processes and favor the significant learning of the students of this unit educational.
